Quick update :
I am feelimg great at the gym, more like. Superwoman actually and everyone has been noticing the increased energy.
I pinned 50 mg the 1st 2 weeks then pumped it up to 100 mg a week. I pin every 5 days as per my trainers recommendation, but im thinking of pinning 50 mg twice a week instead.
My diet has been consistent the last few days been keeping my carb below. 20% and eating 60 % protein.
I am starting to notice teeny tiny definition in my traps and shoulders.
No chanes in voice only a slightly enlarged lady bits.
Few pimples on my shoulders and oily face.
My trailer has been focusing on strengthen my core lately, which actually makes a difference in my workout, been doing some resistance training also.
The only issue i am facing with primo is the extreme hunger i am always feeling, like i can literally eat my granny for dinner and i won't be full.
