i am sorry i went MIA the last few days, got into a huge fight with my bf and the var was making me crazy so i packed my bags and left the city , went to some resort and spent 4 days by the sea , not training or taking any supplements/aas and not giving a fuck about what i eat, i guess our relationship is coming to an end.
i am back today , so its day 27
10 mg of anavar (yes i am lowering my dose)
30 mins of cardio in the early morning on an empty stomach.
will hit the gym after work, its chest day!

Welcome back. Sorry to hear about your personal problems (we've ALL been there), but let the gym be your therapy.
I know right now you don't want to hear this, but you're young, good looking, and you'll have 0 problems finding someone new. If I was a guy I would be really into you.
Use this as motivation. Think about showing him what he lost, and showing the next guy what could be his. Yes, you have to do this for yourself, but a little extra mental push never hurt.
I always train better mad or upset.
