rana's first anavar cycle

i am sorry i went MIA the last few days, got into a huge fight with my bf and the var was making me crazy so i packed my bags and left the city , went to some resort and spent 4 days by the sea , not training or taking any supplements/aas and not giving a fuck about what i eat, i guess our relationship is coming to an end.

i am back today , so its day 27

10 mg of anavar (yes i am lowering my dose)
30 mins of cardio in the early morning on an empty stomach.

will hit the gym after work, its chest day!
and will update later in the day

Welcome back. Sorry to hear about your personal problems (we've ALL been there), but let the gym be your therapy.

I know right now you don't want to hear this, but you're young, good looking, and you'll have 0 problems finding someone new. If I was a guy I would be really into you.

Use this as motivation. Think about showing him what he lost, and showing the next guy what could be his. Yes, you have to do this for yourself, but a little extra mental push never hurt.

I always train better mad or upset.

Thanks everyone for the sweet replies i am pushing through it and i am back at the gym and finally adjusting my diet

Day 27 update :

Had a great chest workout, not heavy weights thou, but lots of reps and great form and didn't feel any weakness throufh the workout.


Day 28:

Ok diet wise was not that great, failed to hit my calorie goal :(

Training wise was great it was back day.

Did cardio fkr around 25 mins and i was sweating like crazy probably from the no explode pre-workout.
Still at 10 mg of var and not planing to increase it this week aswell.
However i am planning to put my carb at 10% and see whats gonna happen, i lost around 12 lbs on this vacation :(.

And luckily i got ny period today, we had great doubts of being pregnant the last couple of weeks so its a huge relief.

Hey Rana, havent been here in a while but your thread is always the one i love to read and catch up on ... How are u doing? U are going through some shit by the sounds of it, i hope ur ok? My head has been fried on the var, i upped it to 15mg and i became a mean fucking fruitcake.. My lady parts nearly exploded but i was getting some serious muscle gains.. I feel shit though,really tired and find it hard to eat so i think ill go back down to 10mg.. Im on week 8... How about u?? Dont give up gurl... X

Ok i am really sorry everyone, my life was pretty hectic, broke up with my bf, left my job, and left the city for a while.

However i was very consistent with my workout, except for the week i took off the city.
I ran the var for 8 weeks only, i was very bloated to the point none of my shirts fit me anymore. My friends were making fun of how huge i. Got lol. Will post some pics after the bloat of the var was gone.

Started pinning primo after 10 days
Will take my 5th pin on next thursday.

I made very solid gains with the var, my strength was through the roof however i hated the bloat and the tiredness that crushes you after 3 weeks, as far with primo i am. Not bloated, strength is good, i am feeling more comoact and lean.

Started cutting with the 1st pun, trying to keep it at 1600 cals.

I also changed my trainer, my new trainer is awesome he pays attention to my cardio and fitness workouts aswell, which according to family and friends is paying off.

Will do a more detailed update in the morning.

Glad you're back, I was worried something happened to you. :)

You look great. What was your over all weight gain / weight loss while on var... How much muscle do you think you gained vs fat? How much did all your major lifts go up?

I am 4 weeks into my cycle. The bloat is for real, I can wake up and be 4 lbs lighter, before I take the morning dose. I am also going to go 8 weeks.

You said you only waited 10 days before starting primo?

I can't believe what the primo is doing to me, i am much leaner that everyone in the gym is commenting, my joints are much better.

I ended my var cycle at 69 kgs! Now i am 62-63 depending on the time of day i am weighing.

I am having amazing strength that i can actually do pullups on my own.

My prs are still the same, i didn't actually try to increase the weights, instead my mew trainer is working on perfecting my technique and increasing the reps to give this. Jelllo some definition lol.

What i really hate is the oily face and the breakouts on my shoulders but oh well i can tolerate those rather than the awful bloat.

Ahh wendy you made my day, actually its your log and all of your shredded pics with the yummy quads that encouraged me to give the primo a try
I have lost inches in my midsection, which feeels amazing, my voice is still the same no changes and i am not shedding hair like i was on the var, actually im shedding like the normal rate nothing strange.
