results (w/pics) from first cycle

just wanted to post up my results from cycle #1. Cycle was 450/wk susanon 300 for 6 weeks then 10 weeks at 525- 575 for the last 12 days of the ten weeks.

I went from 163 to 185, and i have a few days left so im cramming in the food. been shooting for 3500 cals, probably average about 3100- i have kept track off an on to make sure im reaching my calorie needs. Im sure i would be heavier if i was on point with the calories/macros, but its fucking hard (yes, that was me whining!)

Measurements taken from a neutral flex both times- not with a workout pump just flex and measure. Not sure if thats how youre supposed to do it, thats how i did it though.
Neck 14.25 to 16.0
Upper R arm 13.5 to 15.25
Upper L arm 13.0 to 15.25
Forearm R 11.75 to 12.5
Forearm L 11.0 to 12.75
Chest 39.5 to 43.0
Waist 34.25 to 35.5
R thigh 21.0 to 23.5
L thigh 20.75 to 23.5
R calf 14.0 to 15.0
L calf 13.75 to 14.75

the photos are both taken after doing a light work out, with a bit of pump, photo one is right around feb 1st and the second is 4/25. Im curious how much im going lose during PCT, im running Nolva/clomid so we will see! thanks for looking at my new improved physique, all in all i couldnt be happier about my gains!

lol, thanks. yeah, 1 bottle of pentadex 300, 2 bottles o prop from you guys. once i went once through all my pin sites the pip was non- existant. Next cycle will be low dose test+decent dose tren with a dbol kicker. hate to wait, but i will, sigh.....

i hope to keep lots of these gains, i know i wasnt at my natural max, ive looked similar to this before. I really worked on lagging parts in addition to doing lots of big compound movements for overall size, and it all definately payed off!!!

edit: ALL the aas used came from SF...

no worries, didnt think you were being clever. i actually have 5 days left of the prop,
then on to pct. ill be cramming in the cals for the last hurrah..

Damn dude, nice results. I'm on my first cycle too and I'm only up for 8 weeks...you're making me wanna push it to 16! My only concern is I wanna go through PCT nice and easy and have an experience making it out okay. My next cycle is going to be 16 weeks if my PCT goes smoothly, but damn you are making it tempts.

Really good work, you were obviously on top of training and diet.

Not trying to be devil's advocate here, but logic would say you're first restart would be the easiest.

Studies trump logic. But I have never seen one on this topic. It just makes sense that the hpta would start up easier before there has been cycle after cycle performed.

this is kinda my first cycle, ive gang raped my liver with 2 cycles of PH, and walked around smelling like a garlic infested fish factory while using tren with DMSO. I got gains with each- and lots of night sweats with the tren- but didnt do anything close to a proper pct with any of that. this time i decided to get the pct in order BEfore i started my cycle. I pretty much rank eating as one of the least enjoyable things in my life and i know if i want to keep my gains im going to have to keep the calories up. oh, no HCG, never did find a supplier that had any, and i didnt try that hard, although next time im definately going to go this route.

@thinkanabolic, how far in your cycle are you?

Like PS and DD said, keep it moderate. Keep your test doses around 500 max, save the tren for a later date. You can grow and make steady, quality gains for years and years on moderately dosed classic cycles. Once you start upping the dosage, there is no turning back, but I can almost garauntee you won't look any better for it. Use the gear as another tool in your training aresanal.
 
good point you guys. being stupid and pig headed i really want to run it, cause if one is good two is better and 1,897 is best- right? really though, im so happy with the way this cycle went that i can imagine being pretty happy with it again. thanks for your in put guys, appreciate it.

I ran tren my first cycle and would of done it all over again. The only thing I would of changed was less weight with shorter rest periods, my shoulders and knees took quite a beating from the crazy strength gains. I was hitting a new PR almost every workout.
 
Hey buddy, you are looking good. I have no problem eating more than 4K calories a day, in fact my last contest (pic in avatar) calories were between 3k and 4 k. In any event, I would like to see you eat more, 5k min and at least 260 grams of protein a day. Again, not nit picking, just want to help you take it too another level.

Include EQ in your next cycle to increase appetite, stack it w/ test 500 and 400 EQ. Also, are you doing protein shakes? If you can eat 3 squares and 3 protein powder bases meals. Make sure you get one immediately after training...some say I am crazy, but I usually have ice cream in my post recovery shake. Cut it out, and that is all I change in my diet for cutting, I just do cardio 6 days a week (cut) instead of 3 times a week(bulk)

I may need to re-read your posts, but are you doing cardio? Cardio is important for an old guy like me for health reasons. However, for a young guy looking to put on size (like yourself, don't get me wrong, you have made some nice progress, but you need another 20 lbs of muscle) I recommend temporarily stopping cardio and just focusing on size and strength.

Finally, do a power-bodybuilding routine. That means heavy sets of 5 reps on basic exercises like dead lifts, squats, and bench. Squats and deads will put on waaaay more muscle than bench. Never, ever do a light workout, If you are in the gym, you are busting your ass 100%. Look into Dorian Yates program. It is a modification of Mike Mentzers philosophy.

When do we grow, is it during training? No, training is the stimulus for growth, but actual growth occurs when one eats/rests/sleeps. Mentzers' philosophy was that after a complete warm up, we should go absolutely 100% on one exercise, that doing more sets cuts into your recovery. Yates modified Mentzers' approach to 2 all out sets, and that is how I train. Intensity is the key, and training really hard and 99% of most people in most gyms fall way short of the required intensity, do too many sets, and thus their bodies never change.

Gear will aid that process, but its most important use is to increase growth from high intensity workouts.

Running test 500, EQ 400, and some d-bol will put you close to a gram of gear a week, the absolute max for where you are right now and will only work 100% if you do Yates bsed training. There is absolutely no need for tren at this point.
