Rob's log part 2 (gonna take a crack at PLing)

No real updates. Switching days gave me one xtra days rest one time. So tomorrow it's back at full blast. Weight was 214 tonight. I have been doing nothing but shoveling as much food as possible yesterday and today. Looking forward to the new weights for bench. SBD sleeves have been amazing for squats. Completely blow rehbands out of the water. It'll be nice to take one of these workout with no time limit and no stress. I think that is all.

Sheiko block 30 week 1 day 5

Today went awesome. Not having a time frame changed the entire workout. I didn't have to rush sets. Nobody was pissing me off asking when I was gonna be done. I just got to do my thing. New bench weights are awesome. I still was able to hit everything with a true 1 second pause but believe me sets 5&6 of 325x2 were not easy. They were some slow movers that's for sure. For some reason my squat was on point today. I mean depth was lower than normal. I was able to pause a few of my reps at 315 in the hole for 3-5 second. Just had a ton of power today.

Your an inspiration to mortal men such as myself for someone who doesn't claim to be a powerlifter your pound for pound strength and dedication to a program is incredible man keep it up!

I appreciate man. I never said I wasn't strong just not a powerlifter. As for the program part I'm to dumb/stubborn to give up or quit.

Hey man just imagine how much strength you'd gain on top of what you are if you didn't have to do all that crazy cutting for your work.

I'd hope you never say you aren't strong that would knock a lot of people down if you weren't to consider that strong cause it is. Maybe one day I can be a rob 2.0 of sorts:D. Seems being stubborn is working for you gotta make weakness your strength eh:rolleyes: how long is your workouts taking now on average?

Block 29 took on average 2.5 hours. Block 30 is shaping up to be a solid 3. Now granted I have to take decent breaks for the most part for my squats. My back gets flared up and I take 5 all the way up to 10mins on the heavy sets so I'm sure to finish. Plus during the week my gym is packed so I tend to be nice and let people work in since my dumbass gym only has one squat rack. I mainly do it so if someone else is working on it I've more than likely let them work in so they will do the same for me instead of setting my workout back until they are done. Finishing is more important then trying to get it done faster

This is on my bucket list. You can be Rob 3.0. :D

You guys crack me up. You gotta have bigger goals than that. I swear its the support and knowledge from this place that's helped push me to where I am. I've made pretty consistent gains the past year I've been on here. Before that I was all over place and spent a majority of my time plateauing.
