Well today has been the first day I've been able to get out of bed since Saturday night. Must have caught some fucked up stomach flu. Weight went from 212-214 down to 198. Fucking depressing. Strength is 100% depleted. I ate and held down 2 small meals so far today. Hopeful the worst is past and I can get some food back in me. Not sure what to do about the program as I'm obviously not going to the gym tonight and Thursday may be pushing it.
