Deads to the knees were a bitch today. I made I through but I had my doubts plenty of times. Bench went very good. Loving the new weights. Very happy I pushed max up to 405. Regular deads at the end went very well tonight. I can I'm using more legs as my hammies glutes are burning more than they used too

Always was my least favorite day with sheiko... deadlift are my favorite- nothing like variations and volume to ruin it for me. Amazing job brother. Made it farther than I did... I'm doing some wendler stuff more fit for a big old man like me.

Good to hear from you brother. Hope everything's going good. I plan on finishing this shit. I got a ways to go but I gotta do it. Yes I was worried the squat day would be my killer and you were right deadlift days suck. I don't mind the regular deadlift so much but it's the pause at the knees and the heavy ass deads from boxes that make it miserable.

Kicked some serious ass tonight. Got the workout done in 2hr 15mins. Added 15 mins in on the treadmill. Bench was solid. Pause reps every single rep. Squats felt solid. All around a good night. It had been so long since I shrugs and my traps are on fire from last night. Weight was 207 tonight. Still loving my SBD sleeves and wrist wraps. Sabo shoes will be here tomorrow. I'm pretty sure that's all I got right now. Hope everyone is killin it.

When did you pick up sbd wrist wraps I missed that? All the lifts are looking killer man! Nice that your able to pause it on bench too

I got them when I got the sleeves. I got the medium flexible ones. They are great. I don't have to wrap them nearly as tight and they provide a ton of support. 325 bench feels the same as a 135 bench as far as wrist pressure

Ya I got the same ones they are wonderful! I only wear them for sets higher then 275 but if I'm having any wrist issues in OHP or bench slap them on and I'm as stable as an ox. Pumped for you to get your sabos and try them out, guy at my gym just got a pair of my
Reccomendation too and he's loving them so much more secure then barefoot and closer to the ground then chucks

I mean can't get too much closer than 2mm. Plus the added arch and ankle support. I figure it would at the very least save my feet over time. That alone is worth it. I'm sure I'll be hurting bad enough when I get older might as well take as many precautions as possible.
