Rob's log part 2 (gonna take a crack at PLing)

Alright guys. I haven't had a struggle as of yet with strength but today pushed my limits. That last set of 6 wth 295 on squat took everything I had. This was by far my hardest squat/bench day to date.

Not bad for a PLer that weighs 207

Lol. 5x5 good mornings after those double squats. That sounds brutal. I'm getting back pumps just imagining them.

Looking shredded brother. Great work, as always. You have a hell of a work ethic man.

Yea they aren't fun after all that. I took it easy and only used 135 the whole time. I was beat up today

You're killing it brother. The volume there makes me want to hurl just thinking about it. Sheiko requires a ton of discipline and mental toughness. I'm only on the front end and running relatively light, seeing what you are doing is pretty mind boggling.

That's been the hardest part for sure is the mental part and length of the workouts. It breaks your soul when your only half way through a WO and your exhausted

Yup, I finished squats today and realized I had another block of bench. That was at 1.5 hours. After 5x5 squats I dont want to do shit. Except eat pop tarts. :D

I'm actually looking forward to tomorrow though. I love deadlifting, but I'm kinda dreading the stop at the knees part.

I loved the idea of deadlifts until I did this program. Now I dread the idea of any type of deadlifts. To the knees is by far the worse.

Stopping at the knees sounds like it sucks you don't get the satisfaction of lockout. You use the sabos for squats there rob?

Fuck man, Can't you just lie to me and tell me I'll love it? Pretend like you're in high school persuading some nice girl to cash in her v-card. "You'll love it sweetie, it will feel great." Then savage it like a wildebeest. :D
Awe are you offering me your vCard? It'll all be good as long as you start slow work your way up.

Nope I can't bring myself to take off my Nikes. They will get tested on Tuesday

If I remember your squatting style correctly, you'll likely do better squatting in your Romaleos. Not to say don't try the Sabos and give them some time but most squatters like you and I will prefer a heeled shoe.
