Depends on if I start over block 30 or not. If that's the case on Tuesday. Which puts me back 2 weeks. I know I don't have a meet to worry about that may cause an issue in another area as I timed this program with only an extra week to spare. So I don't know exactly what to think. I'd like to resume this Saturday with last Saturday's workout and go forward from there.
Might not be ideal, but that's what I always do, pick up where I left off or just continue like I didn't miss any days.
