Rob's log part 2 (gonna take a crack at PLing)

Depends on if I start over block 30 or not. If that's the case on Tuesday. Which puts me back 2 weeks. I know I don't have a meet to worry about that may cause an issue in another area as I timed this program with only an extra week to spare. So I don't know exactly what to think. I'd like to resume this Saturday with last Saturday's workout and go forward from there.

Might not be ideal, but that's what I always do, pick up where I left off or just continue like I didn't miss any days.
 
No training tonight fellas. Decided to take the day off to eat as much possible ( up to 5300 cals today so far) to get some extra strength back. Gonna attempt Sheiko workout tomorrow. I feel pretty confident that'll I'll do just just fine. Interested to see how weight I've gained after putting back everything I could get my hands on today.
 
I'm back bitches. Today went awesome. This was the first Sheiko workout I've done on my own (no spotter or WO partner) as well.

I hit every rep and it was also my fastest workout for block 30 as well 2hrs and 25mins. I did some heavy stretching after and even a little cardio (10mins) for a cool down before stretching. Crushed those 410 squats like they were 225. It was all around a damn good day. I got a lot of confidence back as a result. Weight was 205 after only 1 big meal. Happy with that as well.

I dropped 7 lbs in four days with this cold. Literally one day of good hydration and eating and I have it back. Kill it brother.

Going to use these pl workouts to program my training, going to do a push/pull/legs split with a couple days of pl. one squats and deads, one bench and deads.

Ok. I've been thinking of adding a carb drink to my workouts. Been having a difficult time finding options. The only one I've found is made by evogen. I'll post a pic of it. Anyone have any other ideas?

I usually just pick up a few of these on sale and keep one in my gym bag. I've thought about adding BCAAs in them, but never have.

Yea I crush a 32 ounce Gatorade/Powerade every Sheiko workout. I thought MHP made something similar to what I posted but can't seem to find it. That stuff I posted is unflavored so I was gonna add it to the Gatorade for an extra bang and I add BCAA all the time too
 
NOW sports has one called Carbo gain. It can be bought in bulk for cheap. I've tried that and the hype of highly branched cyclic dextrin. I didn't notice much of any difference. The Carbo gain can be bought for like $30 in a 12# bag
 
Tonight was just a quick arm night. Did some typical bi work and some light tri work. Back to Sheiko tomorrow. Current gym weight was 207. Got lots of deadlifting to do tomorrow. First round is pause at the knees. Then a large benching session the polish it off with some regular deads.
