Heavy chest day:
Slingshot bench press295 3x3
AMRAP bench with 255 1x6 reps PR there and I'm off cycle
Bench press 245 3x3
Incline bench 185 3x4
Dips BW + 45 3x8 and I was dicken about and went for a 1rm of BW+135 for an ugly gruelling 1
Chest cable flys 30 3x8
Tricep rope push down 3x16
Weighted abs
Stretch

Happy with this workout for sure lots of PRs and overall felt good considering I'm in a deficit and off cycle I'm baffled by the strength gainz

Think it was the difference from me snapping and a injury or making the progress I've made recently. Even though I lowered all my weights to reramp back up to heavy stuff it was a good feeling to slap 10 pounds on everything every day
 
So last night I ran outa food at around 6pm worked incredibly hard until 1am and had mcdonalds on my drive home (don't flame me it's the only fast food on my hour drive home) anyways 1 I hate McDonald's and 2 I woke up at 180lbs so I'm going to eat at maintenance until feb 20th for my mock meet then after that I am going to start my cycle and continue the cut I just got an email that my first weigh in is March 16th so that's more then enough time to cut the rest and I'd like to push some huge PRs that on feb 20th. Also I have invested in some DNP that I will probably start taking once I am done my tren portion of my cycle cause I will be on 250mg test ew 500mg eq and 250mg deca.

Next cycles complete plan:
1-3 test p 175mg ew
1-3 NPP 175mg ew
1-4 tren a 525mg ew
1-16 test e 250mg ew
1-14 EQ 500mg ew
1-12 deca 250mg ew
12-18 anavar 70mg ED
Halo for mock meets and meets

I do have rolaxifene and if my gyno flairs up I'm gonna tackle it with that quite aggressively to see how good rolax is.

Start date feb 20th
 
Weeks 1-4 strength gains all the way up until my meet on March 20th then after that dropping tren and will be incorporating a lot more cardio if I make weight on the 16th and get the job so that I'm fit for duty. So weeks 5-12 big focus on cardio then weeks 12-18 when I'm on the anavar I'll be going to shiekos program for some more strength gainz. It's a bit of a bounce about style but I think I can make it work nicely and I'm excited for low doses with everything as it'll be minimal sides and I can utilize the synergy more then just upping my total MG I want to stay at 1-1.5g total for the rest of my cycling carrier so everything is gonna be lower dosages.
 
I prefer Hardees or Subway to McDonald's, but the way I see it is in a pinch I'd rather get my calories and protein however I can rather than skipping meals. No fast food flaming from me either.
 
You won't hear any shit talking on fast food from me at least. I'm not a big fan of mcdonalds in particular but I've been going there lately to get 2 mcdoubles for $2. You can't beat that. Gainz

It was one of those situations were I know there's no food preped in the house and I'd had been hungry for 7 hours busting my balls so I needed something. Didn't like it one bit but it defiantly was calories lol.

So been hiking for the past few days so I missed yesterday's workout and tomorrow I can't lift either so I did my
Tomorrows lift today and it felt weird doing it on a Thursday wasn't my normal vibe.

Squats 330 5x5 first set for a major bloody nose from holding my air in my face and burst a blood vessel in my nose so for the rest of the workout I had paper towel in my nose :(
Also I was at my gym not home gym so I got in shit for bleeding all over the platform because it burst first rep and I finished the set so 4 more reps just dripping everywhere.

Bench press 240 5x5 went for an AMRAP because I was feeling good on bench and it was a big one for me 240x11!!! That puts my estimated bench at around 335-340 beyond happy with that

Powercleans 185 3x3 first time using wrist wraps for powercleans and I fricken loved it! I'm never doing a clean again without wrist wraps makes it feel so solid!

Bicep curls with the fat gripz I recently purchased 6x20 with 40lb each hand and I can say I hate the fat gripz they are slightly too large and make my wrist cocked funny and by the time I was done my 6th set my forearms hurt, not a pump but physical pain.

Shrugs 315 4x12 because I want that Tom hardy cobra neck when he played Bain lol shrugging every workout:D

Dip 3x20 body weight.

5 min stretch gym was packed so I just peaced it.

Current weight is 182 eating at maintanence until I'm done my mock meet on the 20th.
