I've got a small ketchup squeezer bottle for to go meals that's 3tbl spoons so I just always fill that full lol I'm a very precise person when it comes to things with numbers otherwise I OCD out and tweek out. One time my local new paper had a sudoku puzzle that was made incorrectly and was unsolvable I was pissed off and tried for 3 weeks until someone told me they had apologized in the next day's paper which I didn't get about the puzzle.
The heavy weight being moved around in here scares me.

Morning weight after yesterday's 5.5k cal day 185.4lb so all things being equal I could easily have made my weight class of 183 with a wee bit of water manipulation.

2 eggs with 1/4 cup egg whites 1 tbl spoon ketchup
4 applewood smoked bacon slices
Wholewheat bagel and 2 tbl spoon Nutella (had no peanut butter )
350g Greek yogurt
135g granola
Cals 2000 on the button P98 C204 F91
Also a BCAAs shake with 3 g taurine and 10g creatine (remember going in natural to try and beat my on cycle numbers so taking all the help I can get)

Gonna have some preworkout and got lots of fresh nose tork the day is primed and besides waking up 2 hours earlier then my alarm with a sore neck from how I slept I'm 100% and confident in the day. I'll Letcha guys know what numbers go up and if I can figure out how to edit the videos to show limited face (you don't wanna see this ugly mug anyways) I'll post it up so you can see me in spandex
