Rodgerthat trying to pick heavy things up.

I've got a small ketchup squeezer bottle for to go meals that's 3tbl spoons so I just always fill that full lol I'm a very precise person when it comes to things with numbers otherwise I OCD out and tweek out. One time my local new paper had a sudoku puzzle that was made incorrectly and was unsolvable I was pissed off and tried for 3 weeks until someone told me they had apologized in the next day's paper which I didn't get about the puzzle.

I'm a fellow OCD and numbers guy, too. I've got old protein powder scoops marked for servings of granola, among countless other OCDisms.

The heavy weight being moved around in here scares me.

600grams of chicken
3 ancient grains wraps, 2 hard tacos
150g of Avacado
90g of cheese
60g salsa
60g roasted garlic hummus
And Some lettuce

My pregame day meal. Treating this how I use to treat my important lacrosse games back in the day for the superstitious luck :D

Morning weight after yesterday's 5.5k cal day 185.4lb so all things being equal I could easily have made my weight class of 183 with a wee bit of water manipulation.

On the menu today

2 eggs with 1/4 cup egg whites 1 tbl spoon ketchup
4 applewood smoked bacon slices
Wholewheat bagel and 2 tbl spoon Nutella (had no peanut butter :mad:)
350g Greek yogurt
135g granola

Cals 2000 on the button P98 C204 F91
Also a BCAAs shake with 3 g taurine and 10g creatine (remember going in natural to try and beat my on cycle numbers so taking all the help I can get)

Gonna have some preworkout and got lots of fresh nose tork the day is primed and besides waking up 2 hours earlier then my alarm with a sore neck from how I slept I'm 100% and confident in the day. I'll Letcha guys know what numbers go up and if I can figure out how to edit the videos to show limited face (you don't wanna see this ugly mug anyways) I'll post it up so you can see me in spandex ;)

Thanks guys leaving for the gym right now I'll let you guys know how she goes in a few hours. PS took a preworkout called mutant pump says take it 45-90 mins preworkout so I did 45mins preworkout (which was about 10 mins ago) already sweating and shaking so this shit better hold on or an angry letter is being written to mutant!

Results are in. Good news or bad news first? I'll go bad news: I didn't hit all my numbers my elbow cracked and gave way on my 335 bench attempt which was final attempt so I missed it but got a smooth 315 1 second pause which I'm happy with.
Walked in feeling like a king so I changed it up
Squat
Opener 405
2nd attempt 425
3rd attempt 455
Hit them all! My nose exploded on the 3rd attempt and I poured probably 100ml of blood out in 20 seconds never seen something bleed so fast besides a artery was crazy but 455!!!!!!!! Just knee sleeves too!
Bench
Opener 295 touch and go (forgot competition pause sorry)
2nd attempt 315 1 second pause
3rd attempt 335 failed
Deadlift
Opener 500 flew up
2nd attempt 525 real smooth still
3rd attempt 545 I could have got it but my right eye burst and now all I see out of it is red so I got mid shin realized how bad it was then stopped in fear.
Waited 10 mins eye felt fine so I went for OHP 1rm out of curiousity
Opener 155 easy
2nd attempt 175 kinda ugly but went up
3rd attempt 185 (body weight minus a pound) ugly as all hell and was a PRE 9000 but got it up.

So total for a 186 pound guy is 1295 while being natural proving that you don't need steroids to get results even after years! I recovered well and kept training hard so I made progression and best my on cycle lifts by 30 on the squat, 0 on the bench and 30 on the deadlift. In other news I'm now on steroids just did my front load pins of EQ and test :eek:

BP alright though? Blowing out a nose and an eye same day is rough. That's dedication for you.

You're getting me psyched for mine with this front load talk. I've got 30 grams worth of EQ calling to me from my kit, lol. Gotta be good and get this little break in though.
