Rodgerthat trying to pick heavy things up.

Looks like a great cycle brother. Highly anabolic and should be low-side effect, until you add the tren that is.

Ya that's kinda the game I don't want to deal with sides while I'm losing weight I only can warrant insomnia if I'm making strength gainz lol.

If anyone is interested I had a lot of time to kill this morning so I wrote out my life basically. Here's the thread

I just read it in its entirety, I'm on my afternoon shake break at work. My story is just me throwing my young adult life away with drugs and poor choices and then finding lifting and sobriety in my late 20's/early 30's.

It's a story guys! Not a diary:oops: might be a diary....

Ya I'm pumped for the cycle could be made into a good cycle for BB or PL making weight class.

You should do the same blast I'm doing.. We should match it up sometime and try to start at the same weight.. Would be fun.

DIARY!!!!

ill probably be starting my tren portion same time as you ish? The competition would be comparing aesthetics to strength though so wouldn't be much plus I'm just a rectangular human being with no taper anywhere lol

Or if you went for aesthetics!!!
And you can obtain the taper.. I have faith

I'm stating the tren in 6 weeks I think

This shall be my new workout program for roughly the next month while I lose some weight and such. Some type of squat 3x a week mostly in a 8-12 rep range, benching 2x and deadlift 2x with variations too. Also gonna try and take up running again in the am with my dog instead of being lazy and chucking a ball for him for 30 mins lol.

Today also marks first day of DNP and 4th day of keto and honestly don't think they are gonna work well together but I'm gonna give it a couple days and if on my carb up day I feel significantly better then I'll keep carbs if I don't well then the feeling of DNP isn't great :p also I am very very warm it was cool out today and I wore a T-shirt and carrhart pants and still was sweating at 250mg taken at 8am

Today's weight empty stomach 187lb
Morning fasted cardio (3km jog with me
Dog)
Banana and some dr jekll preworkout
Front squat 135 3x12
Back squat 135 1x16
OHP 95 3x10
Lateral raise 15s 3x12
Deadlift 225 2x8
Sumo deadlift 225 2x8
Shrugs 225 3x16
Keeping it all fairly light still more of a dipping my feet into the water for the new workout, stayed at the home gym so I wasn't able to do all the accessory movements but that's okay cause I got to squat OHP and deadlift which is the most important anyways.... I can already tell I'm probably gonna bail on this program and go back to powerlifting before long :p

For me it goes deadlift then squat and finally bench. I did deadlift everyday for like 3 months only 2 sets of 5 at the end of every workout (so 6 days a week back then) and I did get progression but it was actually cause I was worried about screwing it up so I did it just to practice form when I was first starting with PLing. I don't think I could ever go not squatting 3x a week now though I crave it

I have a love/hate relationship with squats. I enjoy doing them, but I hate how much of a struggle it is for me to make progress. It's always two steps forward and one (sometimes two) steps back.

Deadlift I love though.

I could not replace squats or deadlifts with any exercise no way no how, bench however I wouldn't mind in the future replacing it with Dumbbells as its defiantly my worst lift so it makes me not like it
