Rodgerthat trying to pick heavy things up.

Feeling a lot better with carbs in me on the DNP so I'll stick it out with carbs for the time being while on it.

This next part is a rant don't need to read it if you don't wish doesn't pertain anything to my training.

Side note had an experience and a half today. So it's my normal day off did some oil changes on vehicles and I'm bringing back the used oil to recycle it then went to my local supps shop to pick some stuff up. At the supps shop they create diet plans for you and training schedules and work 1 on 1 to help you reach your goal (works for heavier older people for sure) anyways today the BBer style guy was working with this kid 17-19 didn't ask but not older for sure and was driving so at least 17. Anyways I'm overhearing the conversation he's telling him the typical bro split and to shovel done gross amounts of protein (400+g) for his size (probably 5'9 150-160lb) so I was kinda peaked by the shitty diet advice so I listen in a little on the conversation. This is what the old guy said "how do you feel about supplementing this program" in a very hey wanna do steroids kinda way, kid says yes whatever it takes. So fucking awesome they are putting the kid of roids but not just that the guy says "cool we will start you on some dbol and winny to build you up and make you look lean while your body gets use to it and down the road if we need to we will get you doing some tren and test" right here I'm heightened and kinda pissed off but I evaluated the situation 10ish people in the store and no way I could reem this guy out without it becoming apparent that I'm on steroids for the knowledge that I would say. So I left it and plan to go back next Friday (he works Friday's) and wait for a little chat time.

So kinda torqued up I start driving home, red light I roll down the window cause the DNP is making me cook at 0 degrees outside while I'm in a t-shirt. Just as I roll the window down I hear from the kids across the street "that guy!" This skid of a fucking teenage twat with his 3 buddy's watching throws a large marble sized rock at me! He missed me and hit my fucking truck pilar post I look back doesn't break the window beside it. 2 options, I keep a baton stick in my driver side door cause it's a rough neighbour hood but if I crack that out and Step outa my vehicle against 4 teenagers nothing good would happen for me so I took option 2 and drove away got home looked at the damage on my truck repainted the pit it left and now have lost faith in humanity :mad: sorry for the rant but ya my thread lol.
 
Rough day brother. I am a firm believer in karma however. Shit will come back on those little pricks that threw he rock, and the guy at the sups shop... well I suspect there's an abscess in his future.

Way to show restraint.

Christ, I'm no juice expert but I think that trainer may have been giving some not so great advice! As for the kids throwing rocks, little shits, but it's nice to see someone that doesn't just go kicking ass because they can, always better to walk away if you can.
 
A supp store worker giving someone bogus compound advice and on top of that it's a kid....fucking guy deserves to be fired and a dirty ass kicking in the parking lot as well!fucking idiot!you did the right thing driving away from them little cunts,would've led to much more grief than it woulda been worth.hard to do,I know,but the right thing to do.just curious,u in van?

Look, shot like this happens to every one of us probably more frequently than we'd like to admit. Maybe not to that extreme but I try to take a higher perspective on things like this. Back in the day, the younger me probably would've hopped out and with a sly grin said "you're in luck friends, I just happen to have a 4 on 1 special going today". Handling things in that way ALWAYS made me feel worse inside. We pray for patience, but when the tests come that allow us to develop patience, we get mad. Everything happens for a reason. Maybe you had some karma to burn off, maybe you needed a test, I don't know my man but I do know that walking away and showing restraint takes a lot more willpower than flipping out and I can always make a bad situation worse if I choose to. I try very hard these days to not swim upstream. Just try to take it easy and go with the flow and I think you'll find that life starts working with you, not against. Sorry for the rant or preaching, I meant to answer you last night @RodgerThat but I was working. Don't keep replaying the episode in your head and mentally kicking aas. It won't make you feel better. It's like carrying around a sack of rocks. We all do it, not many know how to put it down. I'm learning how myself but my stress levels are much better than they used to be. You're a good guy, keep being that
 
Surprised and pleased to see so many King fans here. I've been reading him since I was a kid. I think Nightmares and Dreamscapes was the first one I read. The Stand soon after.

Oh yeah, my father and I are both huge fans. The first one I read was one of the short story books. Favorite is probably salems lot. Good stuff.
 
It's funny you said that @Perrin Aybara cause I was thinking about changing my threads name to the Stephen king book club lol he writes some good stuff but I usually spend my reading time on fitness things, I have a reading impediment so it takes me longer then most to read things as I'll have to read it multiple times to make sure I'm not switching words or meanings.

@DedLift thanks man I'm happy I walked away only thing that bothers me is the damage to my truck but better then rock in the face.

As for today's workout I was planning on participating in the bench competition but nobody I trusted to spot me was in the gym and the DNP is kicking my ass with energy so I did my scheduled Saturday chest to dip my toes into it.
Slingshot bench 295 3x3
Bench press 185 3x10
Incline bench 135 3x12
Dips BW 3x16
Cable fly 30lb 3x8
Cable fly down 20lb 2x10
Cable lifts 17.5lb 3x10
Tricep extentions 120lb 3x12
Tricep double rope push downs 30lb 3x16
Push-ups 3 sets 30 reps 20 reps 10 reps
Everything was 60 second breaks today trying to focus on slow methodical reps so kept it light.
What do you think @Thenewera BBing enough for ya?

Edit: also did abs a stretch 10 mins skipping and 20mins on the elliptical.

I'm glad I did ya proud lol. It was a pump for sure my pec keeped cramping up in a flexed position until I raised my arms above my head so that's annoying, ya Ima be sore for sure I was just pushing my couch to vacuum and my triceps cramped up, I'm prone to cramping up but it's unreal lol I haven't worked for a pump like this since I was natty couple years ago:eek:

Lol you definitely did. I'll only be disappointed when you go back.... Find that nice mix of things, it may work well with a plateau or barrier. And yes, my chest cramps so bad.. Triceps not really. But my chest just gets so tight, especially when posing on chest days.. It's almost the feeling of a tear at times. Glad you liked it man.
 
It's doing its thing that's for sure warm as hell all day and sweating like crazy, cardio is defiantly taking a hit and I feel like a da kid eating a cake breathing heavy all the time lol. But other then that I haven't seen the scale move in a negative direction as I think it's bloating me up a wee bit (about 4lbs worth) but i think it'll be shedding the pounds real quick in the next couple days as I've read 4 ish days is how long it takes for the bloat to come and then after that just pounds melt. @Docd187123 think Ima stick with 250mg Ed for another week at work then it'll be cruise control at work so I'll up it then if need be. Don't think I have your level of tolerance for it that's for sure lol

Also remember that the water retention may and can mask your weight loss up until the end of the cycle. Some report that they don't lose any scale weight until 7-8 days AFTER they come off which is how long it takes to drop the water usually.

That's good to know because I've gained a pound a day eating a 1000 deficit so was discouraging but I'm drinking at least 8L of water and I knew going in it would hold extra water so gotta try and remember that. I'd be happy if I lost a total of 10lb within 4 weeks of use so I'm not asking for miracles just the quicker it's off the quicker I'm back to eating maintanence and strength training so it'll be nice for it to come off faster. With diet alone I'm looking at 2lb a week so if DNP gives me 1 extra pound each week I'll be laughing
