Rodgerthat trying to pick heavy things up.

Theres something primal about DLs. Its caveman like, picking up all that weight brutishly with a loud grunt (and you HAVE to grunt). After a dead PR i always want to kill my own dinner and plow someone. (Plow, not sex).

I feel the same way man but not just kill my dinner doing it with my bear hands while it looks at me. On a side note your new AVI is tweeking me out I don't like change!

You guys are reminding me of this book I read once.

@jaymaximus should recognize the name. I believe this book is where Stephen King got the idea for the character in his book.

Yes i do. Since we talked aboug the books Ive been getting the itch to start all over reading them again. I just started on the Stand for the 3rd time though, so itll have to wait.

I think we must be related, I've read that three times, too. Desperation is my second favorite King book next to The Dark Tower. It's excellent. I've got my girl reading The Gunslinger and she hates it unfortunately.

My old AVI went with my name too. Maximus and all. I figured I might confuse people.

Yeah, if I changed mine it'd just be a weird username that didn't go with my avi.

I loved the gunslinger books. I purchased the last in the series 6 years ago and still haven't read it lol.
" The Man in Black fled across the desert and The Gunslinger followed" I don't know why I can still remember that line but it's stuck with me for years.

It's such an epic story. Crazy to find others that love it, too. And powerlifting.

My Dad tried to get me to read them when I was younger but wasn't having it. I read a lot in prison- lol

I've been an avid reader all my life, but yeah, prison took it to another level. No joke I read over 100 books in that 21 months, maybe closer to 200. A lot of stuff I'm into is usually very long, too. Upwards of 1000 pages.

I could pick up the local rock station on the radio and I listened to music and read literally all day. It was 20 and 4, so plenty of time.

So few things today, I'll start with this. It's day 3 for the DNP and I've steadily gained a pound a day but from everything I've heard and read DNP can bloat you right up before it takes the weight off so I'm going to give it some more time. I'm feeling like crap so making today my carb up instead of tomorrow and see if that agrees with the DNP which would be nice and give me some energy. Another thing last night pinned ventroglutes and cramped up like crazy while doing it then my lats locked up and oblique twitch, no big deal right well I go to pull the pin out and it's tugging my skin real hard I was like hmmmm so by feel I pulled it out and rotated it as I pulled out, pin was bent at a 45 degree angle about halfway down from the twitch, never had this before but could have been worse for sure could have broken. This marks pin #3 of my test e EQ and deca so obviously I'm feeling the full results of all of them and feel like a god:rolleyes: ya just kidding not a single thing noticed give me a couple weeks on that.

Now for the important part. The workout!
Morning fasted jog with my pooch wanted to make it a 3km but can't say no to my guy when he wanted to turn in the direction for the 5km so did the 5km not a bad time of 27minutes defiantly not what I use to be for running but still not half bad, would like to get my 5km time back to 21mins and my 10km 46mins if I'm gonna be 175 gotta be decent at something.

Lifting for today goes as follows in pic

Then I'll hop on the stair climber and go until my calves are pumped out.
