The pet cemetary movie used to creep me out. Probably the second best movie adaption after Shawshank.

And Eyes of the Dragon is still my #1 King book. If you start reading it, youll read the whole thing in a day.

I read Eyes of the Dragon, but I'm not sure if it was before or after I read Dark Tower for the first time. I know it ties in heavily. I've tried to read most of the ones that are related closely.

You'd like The Talisman and Black House if you haven't read them already. Co authored by Peter Straub.

Today's workout
6am run 3km in 18mins 54 seconds little slower pace then my 5km but to be fair my dog was bouncing around everywhere and I kept having to do a spin to get the leash from around me lol.
Evening lifting session
10min warm up 3.5mph flat treadmill

I did this workout at my local gym and my headphones died on me first set (forgot to charge them) so I became quite popular as the gym has a big screen TV in the front with a loop of all the athletes and I've made it onto the screen (without my knowledge until I saw it today) so everyone wanted help with shit so I never really caught my breath and that's why I did a 30min walk after because a girl wants to become a powerlifter so I helped her with programming and agreed to do an assement on her to help her maximize her machinics.

Today's weight was 190 one week into cycle and 6th day on DNP I was 191 yesterday and ate maintanence so I think the DNP water retention/bloat has subsided and I'm expecting about 3lb a week weight loss from here on out but we will see how it goes.... I may or may not have just eaten a pop tart as well that did not fit into my macros or calorie requirements but there is a NEW cookie dough flavour and I needed to try it!
 
So I walked into my house about 30 minutes ago and it smelt amazing like really well cooked meat and speghetti amazing.... I live alone so this was weird walk in and my cousins and brother are having a get together at my place (they are all older then me) well that is just dandy. So ya diet wasn't kept tonight had some beefaroni and garlic bread with chicken, hard to say if I went over maintenance but I'm assuming I may have (400g beefaroni and 2 pieces of garlic toast that I can't really account for cause I didn't make it so don't know ingredients breakdowns). So great saw some family but shit now I'm set a day behind.

The beauty of DNP, is that you probably aren't behind at all. The beast is when it makes you pay, sweating an inch an hour through your bedsheets all night for your indiscretion. Whatever works right? Lol, just talking about it makes me want to give it another shot. And then I think back on how it actually feels, and slap myself silly. Keep that dose low as long as it keeps working. No need to experiment.

Don't feel bad. Family is important. Drugs are both good and bad, mmmkay?

I see ya hear and there and my log barely is powerlifting these days it's more of a book club for lifters and hap hazard programs with life stories here and there lol. Ya the DNP is making me sweat literally I shit you not 24/7 I've switched my sheets 2x this week and sleep with the window wide open but starting tonight I'm sleeping on a beach towel cause it's ridiculous. I'm semi worried about staying on track I'd rather keep on track with my diet and get there quicker due to the drugs rather then hope the drugs keep me on track... But ya currently happy I'm on DNP otherwise it for sure would set me behind :p

you and docd have some serious balls my friend, I'm way too much of a pussy to try dnp. That's really interesting how it bloats you up first before it starts stripping the weight off.
I'm defiantly taking a very slow go route with it and I don't think it's for someone without the knowledge, Docd's helped me a lot making me comfortable with it and filling in my gaps of knowledge on it with his experience. There's no way I could do it to the degree docd does as 250mg Ed is kicking my butt I may go up to 500mg Ed split doses 6am and 1pm starting next week to see how it goes, still in the air depending on how this week goes and how fast the weight is coming off cause if it's coming off at 3lb a week or more I don't need it faster then that so I'll stay low dosage.

@jaymaximus thanks man I'm glad I could make cool kid on the block somewhere cause growing up with red hair and freckles only gets you beat up on the block lol

So been a crazy few days and I'm having trouble keeping up with my normal life let alone my meso life but here's my contributation so I don't seem like I died.

Been working 16+ hours past 3 days have hit the home gym for 2 lifts a night
Wednesday

Warm up sets only but no time for my usual warm up or routine and stretch so just doing it as therapy so keeping the weights in the 7-8 RPE range
Thursday
Deadlift 455 3x3
Military press 95 3x12 (never been so easy but I guess that's cause I usually do these last when I'm exhausted)
No stretch or anything
Friday (today)

I'm really not following any program or anything and I know my meet is 2 weeks away now but the iron is just end of day therapy for me right now so I don't care about the weights or the sets or reps I was just doing what made me feel good.
I have two more rough days ahead of me but it should calm come Monday.

Don't want to talk about diet couldn't log it and couldn't tell you what it was but I'm doubting I got more then 100g of protein each day and probably 400-600g of carbs defiantly above maintenance as I'm not losing weight even on the DNP but psychologically I couldn't handle a deficit this week and I know I can't do it tomorrow or Sunday. Diet will begin again on Monday and will be hyper strict.
