Rodgerthat trying to pick heavy things up.

Results are in. Good news or bad news first? I'll go bad news: I didn't hit all my numbers my elbow cracked and gave way on my 335 bench attempt which was final attempt so I missed it but got a smooth 315 1 second pause which I'm happy with.
Walked in feeling like a king so I changed it up
Squat
Opener 405
2nd attempt 425
3rd attempt 455
Hit them all! My nose exploded on the 3rd attempt and I poured probably 100ml of blood out in 20 seconds never seen something bleed so fast besides a artery was crazy but 455!!!!!!!! Just knee sleeves too!
Bench
Opener 295 touch and go (forgot competition pause sorry)
2nd attempt 315 1 second pause
3rd attempt 335 failed
Deadlift
Opener 500 flew up
2nd attempt 525 real smooth still
3rd attempt 545 I could have got it but my right eye burst and now all I see out of it is red so I got mid shin realized how bad it was then stopped in fear.
Waited 10 mins eye felt fine so I went for OHP 1rm out of curiousity
Opener 155 easy
2nd attempt 175 kinda ugly but went up
3rd attempt 185 (body weight minus a pound) ugly as all hell and was a PRE 9000 but got it up.

So total for a 186 pound guy is 1295 while being natural proving that you don't need steroids to get results even after years! I recovered well and kept training hard so I made progression and best my on cycle lifts by 30 on the squat, 0 on the bench and 30 on the deadlift. In other news I'm now on steroids just did my front load pins of EQ and test
Awesome job brother

It was a rough day for sure but I know my nose bleeds sometimes under heavy loads and well the eye one I guess I didn't get a good enough valsalva breath on it and was holding the air in my upper airway and face. I came out smiling today with 0 real inuries that would prevent me from lifting another day so it's a full success in my eyes. Time to get to 175 and look pinner for work lol

So I'm on the hurting train nothing significant is damaged but I could not lift heavy right now if my life depended on it. Plan of attack for the next month was originally going o be sheiko into my meet on March 20th but to be honest I'm not really into that meet very much right now as I need to lose some weight and I can't sheiko in time so there will be no peaking cycle into it for me. So I will be focusing on weight lose and treating myself to some bodybuilding style workouts of course with squats, bench, deadlift and OHP being the staples of it but more variation lighter weights more reps and maybe bring my forearms up as they are strong but don't represent the size for their strength.

This week is going to be recovery week for me walking, stretching, light compounds and maybe some swimming and yoga as I've neglected both for a while.

Today's session was a 30min walk at a 5% incline 3.5mph and a 45 min stretch.

Also back on the keto diet as of today and will be working it as a IF diet eating from 2-10pm and morning fasted cardio/ stretch and evening workouts (this is were the home gym will be nice don't have to worry about gym being closed)

You're wiped out after a meet or mock meet. You should take a week or more to rest and recuperate before hitting it hard again.

you get any videos during the mock meet? would love to see the pouring blood squat!
Ya videos were taken ill send you it via PM so you can have a chuckle:D

Ya in just walking and stretching this week and doing mobility work. Don't plan to lift anything until Friday and then just take it slow until sheiko and my long esters kick in.

Was going threw my photos and forgot to post this up. This is me day 1 of my cycle February 20th after my mock meet I'm not flexing as I was too tired for that shit  but ya not happy with the photo but to keep me accountable I'll post it so we can see how the progress comes along as the cycle goes on.image.jpeg

What's your cycle look like right now? I thought I remembered seeing you post it up but I couldn't find it. I recall it looking good. This has been a great log so far by the way - keep it up man I'm enjoying your ride.

I've switched it to short water at the back end to gain strength and long esters up from while I'm losing weight.

Halo when wanted
Test suspension for really heavy sessions or potential really good nights
I have T3, DNP and clen on hand for fat burners I am gonna start DNP and see how it goes starting today and ending either when I don't like it no more or if I think I don't need it anymore.
Clen doesn't really agree with me but I'm willing to give it another shot

Current diet is keto and 2200 cals daily

Ever tried Albuterol? Never tried clen myself but I don't think I'll ever change from Albuterol. If not for fat loss I love it just for the good energy I get from it for lifting. Always feel stronger with it as well.

Good luck with the DNP - another compound I'll likely never try. Pretty awesome cycle you got setup man thanks for posting it.
