So to be fair it was difficult as all hell by the time my ass was cramping up will doing the rowing. I decided to use 135lb for my push press as opposed to 95lb like the original plan because I hadn't had done a push press and they are much much easier then strict.
JH stats are 6'1 190 and lean (8-10%) crossfitter for 2 years
AE stats are 511 160 and lean (7-9%) old triathlete buddy whom recently got into crossfit
JH increased his weight to 115 because I was doing 135 and he said "I don't want to be a bitch" so ya know ego lifting obviously isn't a thing in the crossfit world
It was hard and you powerclean the bar up for your push press and I did miss the powerclean 2 times when I got right off the row as there was 0 break and my glutes were cramped right up.
Will I do it again? No! It was basically a catabolic workout no one should run that high intensity for 10+ minutes but it was a good test of mental resolve.
Finished off the day with a volume squat session of 3x10 at 60%1rm and 2x20 at 30%1rm
Nice good deep stretch afterwards and am 4 inches away from hurdle splits and 2 inches away from right splits and can do left splits (I know weird to think about a guy doing splits but it helps me in rock climbing a lot so I do it)
