So I'm currently using an elastic band on my wrist as a pain responds anytime I want to sip something and my buddy has thrown all liquids in the trunk so I have no access until after weigh ins.
Bags are pack got chips, pop tarts, couple brownies, 6 gatorades with creatine and taurine added in, 3L BCAA with taurine and glutamine, 1L preworkout, 100mg of test suspension, 60mg halo, 24mg ephidrine, 20mcg clen, 10mg cialis and all my workout gear.
Blood pressure was high today (as expected from minimal water consumption yesterday) so I've taken 20mg of cialis already to help push this sludge through my veins right now. Planing to take 20mg of halo 30min before each lift and my TNE in the bathroom like a junkie 45min before the squat so it lasts me to the deadlift for sure.
