Ya usually it's 50 bucks for a 30 min session for me but got the 5 45min sessions free. Feeling good from it, he has a lot of certs and is incredibly good not just your crack and go kinda guy and doesn't push for a program for you to come back week after week forever he will just say "yup come back when you hurt yourself again"

It was closer to 65 for 15-20 min session for me brother. Worth it though

Thanks bud appreciate you along the ride and glad I don't seem like a total putz at the same time. T-36 hours till weigh ins so I'm getting pumped for it for sure!

So having a defcon 1 moment (or 5 whichever is worse) I pinned my quad and hit a nerve and now I'm in pain to just walk! I was sitting on my porcelain throne to pin as I always do but my leg twitch something hit something and when I was done and tried to stand felt like a fire in my leg. I don't know if I should walk it off or lay in bed huddled up with my pulse massager to try and fix it! In other news my home made cookies and cream Greek yogurt is the fckin bomb! Made 2kg of it the other day only got like one 350g serving left

4 scoops musclepharm whey cookies and cream
2 scoops musclepharm casein cookies and cream
250ml 2%milk
8 oreos (used double stuffed thy were on sale)
1tbsp vanilla extract

425g serving
515calories
82g protein
35g carb
7g fat

Absolutely delicious and incredibly filling. You can add less protien powder if you don't want such a high protien intake but I kept it high to fill me up better as my appetite is pretty big for how tiny I am

I hit a nerve in my quad the other day. I can still feel it, but its not painful. It doesn't bother me doing any kind of training....once the blood is flowing everything is cool. You will be fine tomorrow.

I think if i were in your shoes ( wait that would be weird[emoji15]) i would use a warm compress on that quad. Maybe even take a couple alleve.

Rolled on it and used a lacrosse ball hurt like a bitch but made it easier to bend then used pulse massager for 30mins and did a 30 min walk and stretch, there is lingering pain but not enough that it's going to compromise my squat tomorrow once the adrenaline is flowing and the halo is kicking in.

Thanks man I'm resting up big time had a nap and eating a ton, probably too much but I've got a suana suit and time in the morning to get rid of the water weight.

I was just kidding you but that would be awesome to see some videos too... Just make sure he gets the footage where you pin like 500mgs of suspension and rip a bystanders head off on your way to the platform.

Just focus on you and don't doubt yourself for a second!
 
Alright boys and girl, water cut complete! 182.2Lb as it stands right now but I'm as thirsty as an 18 Y/O virgin at a playboy bunny slumber party after 2 viagras. So I'm currently using an elastic band on my wrist as a pain responds anytime I want to sip something and my buddy has thrown all liquids in the trunk so I have no access until after weigh ins.
Bags are pack got chips, pop tarts, couple brownies, 6 gatorades with creatine and taurine added in, 3L BCAA with taurine and glutamine, 1L preworkout, 100mg of test suspension, 60mg halo, 24mg ephidrine, 20mcg clen, 10mg cialis and all my workout gear.
Blood pressure was high today (as expected from minimal water consumption yesterday) so I've taken 20mg of cialis already to help push this sludge through my veins right now. Planing to take 20mg of halo 30min before each lift and my TNE in the bathroom like a junkie 45min before the squat so it lasts me to the deadlift for sure.

Will update when I can and if you have questions about my cocktail of performance substances feel free (I am aware that this is dangerous and unhealthy but it's for one day and it's my Meet day! Wahoooooo)
