Rodgerthat trying to pick heavy things up.

@RodgerThat do you mind if we move the toaster strudel cooking method discussion here?

How's the leg feeling?

Been a while since my thread had the more important things discussed so of course! And I always put mine in the Oven to cook it through better.

Legs alright can walk normal and don't have too much of a problem sitting or getting back up but i was put on light duties at work which sucks

Honestly I haven't even walked into my garage to see my squat rack or gone to the gym, pretty much been doing jack shit. But I think I can bench no problem as long as I don't need to brace so 275 and less is no problem. Probably can't deadlift though. Gonna work on my shoulders chest and arms a lot during the rehab and mobility work. Probably be 3 weeks till I squat again with any weight and 2 weeks till I deadlift

That's miserable. It's looking like I might have to take a little to time off squats, too. Very demotivating.

It is especially because I can't do a proper powerlifting program again now until September as I'll be in training with my new job from May to sept and won't get the time or equipment. Sucks to hear about your knee man so weird that it keeps going out on you like that

I'm happy to hear you don't need surgery. I know you're still bummed out about being out for those 3-6, but like you said, it could've been worse.
You're still a badass in my book bc what you did, my friend, was impressive AF.

I feel bad for feeling bad about my situation now, sounds like pure hell you're going through. Will you be able to lift at all?

Ya I'll be able to do some form of exercise, lot more calisthenics and cardio based stuff but also should be able to have a barbell and if they don't have the equipment on base then I'll bring my barbell and bouncer plates and have to do it like in the 1920s and clean anything I want to lift above head or squat :D

I've been injured enough I know 3-6 weeks isn't bad i heal quick and always follow rehab to a T and beyond so it should be more like 3 weeks. I just feel like I'm wasting my cycle now, I've added anavar in today to help a bit and still debating what to do

When you couldn't get any cooler. Lol
I wish I could clean things. *insert sexist joke here*

Anavar should definately help with recovery and keep your hard earned muscle. It's good that you had it handy.

So few things. Wasn't really going to update my workouts because they are nothing special but it's going to keep me doing them. Also I'm done being a POS the past 4 days I have eaten whatever I fancied and gained... Well a lot of weight went from about 186 Saturday to 182 Sunday for weigh in and im now 192lb because I've eaten no less then 6k calories a day guess im not as good at dealing with injuries as I though but I'm on lightduties at work and all I do basically is dispatch and eat food  but changed that today. I've got 40 days to be 175 or I'm out of a job so guess I'm pulling miracles outa my ass.

Starting taking my anavar Monday and well I'm about 98% sure the anavar is dbol considering nothing else changed in my supplementation but my gyno flaired up like a son of a bitch and I'm now using my stash of roloxfine to combat the nodule and pain. So ya anyone want some sub par dbol  if I knew it was dbol I would have upped my AI and not used 50mg Ed. Gotta love getting ripped off.

Workout yesterday with my pops as follows
Bench press 225 3x8
Incline bench 135 3x12
Cable fly 25lb 2x12
Cable lift 20lb 4x12
Tricep overhead extension 120lb 3x16
Tricep double rope push down 30lb 3x16
Tricep straight bar push down 80lb 2x8
Chest dip BW 3x12
Bench press 115 1x21 burn out (my dad went first and got 19 so I win!)

Walked for 10 mins planned for 45mins but my quad told me to fuck off so I did.

I'll post today's workout later just incase things change on the fly (first time my dad will have ever deadlifted so should be fun)

Glad to see you back at it brother. I'm sure you'll get to 175 no problem. Do you mind sharing where the "anavar" is from?

Well just so it's clear I haven't lab maxed it or taken bloods to prove its not anavar but it's too much of a coincidence that my gyno started up the day after I started and I bloated really quick as anavar doesn't aromatizes like this. I am fairly certain it is dbol so ya it's Newport pharmicuticals which is unfortunate cause they are a reputable Canadian brand. I will say their halo did seem to give me some drive during my meet thou.

todays workout:
Deadlifts 135 8 sets of 3 no pain and only deadlifted to show my dad the technique and to go through the range of motion I'll probably go 225 next week then 315 the following if all feels good.
Bent over row 135 4x6 3 seconds up 1 second pause 2 seconds down
Wide grip pull ups max effort 3 sets
17 reps 11 reps 7 reps and another 7 assisted cause apparently my dad has more drive then me for me lol
Bicep curl 40s 3x12
Hammer curl 50s 3x12
Preacher curl 75lb 3x8
10min walk no pain and a stretch.

In other news I hate golds gym the atmosphere is shit, douchebags walking around in stringers everywhere and talking like asswhip shit heads. Guy was obviously bother a girl too and she wasn't having any of it which was shitty to watch then outa nowhere my dad has a honey badger moment (if you don't understand the reference check the video I linked) and walked up to the guy and asks the dude if he's a trainer for golds and if not maybe he should leave other people training alone.

Welcome to this.... Umm training log, book club, equipment room, meso hangout, rehab and time wasting thread. If I missed anything can someone chim in I keep forgetting what we keep changing this thread into

Don't forget fashion discussion and toaster strudel cooking theory discussion.

I'm obviously subbed to this, but I'm getting zero notifications for it tonight. They seem hit or miss sometimes.

Anyway, good to see you're back to training. I've never been in a Gold's Gym, but I always figured they suck. Heard they don't allow chalk. Wouldn't doubt if gloves were mandatory either, lol.
