Rodgerthat trying to pick heavy things up.

So because I'm on light duties at work I'm going to be sent to get some training done... Unfortunately I have to fly to these places and I can't send gear so i don't know if I can continue my cycle come Monday  the norm when being sent is just 1 carry on bag but I can bring a checked bagged but don't know if I want to risk bringing gear in my bag on a work trip cause if something were to go wrong it's going to go really wrong. I am not having any luck in life lately so guess it's time to buy a lotto cause the karma gods owe me big time. I will be gone for about 1 week possibly 2 if they can get me in the second course on short notice so even if I were to just pin 500mg test e the day before I left if I'm gone two weeks that be cycle over anyways and I would just start pct a week after I get back.

Workout today will be back haven't done it yet so I'll log it when I'm done just incase numbers change. My quad is doing pretty good being as its only a week and a couple days after. Bruising is starting to fad and I don't get pain for most everyday things besides walking up and down stairs

Glad to hear your quad is feeling a bit better!
And you're absolutely right. Def not worth jeopardizing your job. That is a fine example of good judgement!!

Quads definitely getting better been doing about a hour a day of rehab and 30-45 mins of the pulse massager or ice and heat to help. Able to walk up and down stairs no problem and deadlift and hang powerclean no issues, can't do a full powerclean or squat quite yet but it's coming along I'd say another week and I'll be squatting 135 again and that's better then nothing.
Yesterday's workout was shoulders:
military OHP 95lb 4x8 once I had done 8 sets behind the neck I switch to traditional OHP and did another 8 so total 4x8 for OHP aswell.
Incline bench front raise 65lb 3x6
Shoulder press machine 3 plates a side 3x12 and drop set 1 plate each side 27 reps
Lateral raise 20lb 3x16
Handstand push-ups 4 push-ups no wall then 3 sets on the wall 6 reps each no Kipping bullshit either lol.

Today's workout
Hang powercleans 165 6x6
Deadlifts 135x8 225x8 315x6 405 3x4 225x13 (I was not planning to go past 225 but I had 0 pain in my quad doing these and I really craved lifting something heavier up. 405 felt heavy but all 4 reps each set was smooth)
Planks 3mins side planks min per side did 4 sets like this then a stretch and went home.

I started taking creatine for funsies a couple days ago cause I have it and I gained like 4lb in 3 days so I'm 192 but I'm 100% sure that 4lb will come off the second I stop taking it as I front loaded 20g first day and take 10g per day from there on out. Just taking it as a little pick me up for the gym while In the calorie deficit as I find it helps with energy for lifting when in a deficit. 32 days left until I need to be 175lbs so that's only 17lbs. My rational for why I'm going to make it is: 3-5lb is creatine water weight 2-4lb is intramuscular water from being on cycle and I'll be off starting next week. I'll probably lose 10lb during my pct as I'll be in a 1200 calorie deficit so bye bye gains and muscle and that leaves me at 15-19lb total lost and if it's 15 well I can cut water the night before weigh ins for the first couple times until I've gotten low enough.

Excuse my ignorance, I jumped in very late on this thread, but why do you have to be 175 for work?

Gotta be 175 to jump outa helicopters and such.

Good that you're recovering quickly, I'm sure not quickly enough though.
Never fast enough but it is going better then expected so that's awesome. It's hard to not push myself and to not squat as I want to do a squat everyday program but I know I just can't right now

Oofda.... I did a lot of jumping out of both fixed and rotary wing aircraft at 200lbs as my lightest. Plus a poop ton of equipment

Ya fixed wing is 200lb but helicopter is a repel out so the repel gear requires a weight restriction. It's not actually a jump more of a slide down lol

Yeah I've done fast rope insert and exfil. Fun stuff if you're first in line.

Fixed wing jumps? Do you do static line or free fall?

Yesterday's workout was very bro. I planned to do 275 bench 3x3 then double drop but that didn't go over well 275 might as well been 500 cause I wasn't pushing that shit. I don't know what is happening I am on cycle with tren and I am not nearly as strong or consistent as I was off cycle 2 months ago. So the workout went like this

Bench 135x6 225x4 275 2x1 225x6 135x18 135x13
Cable flys 6x10 long squeeze
Cable lifts 6x10 long squeeze at top
Dips 3x12 BW
Triceps double rope 4x16
Tricep vbar 4x16

Not happy with the gym days lately and being able to squat has screwed with my weight loss and phsyci a bit I'm not feeling as strong or confident and I am not happy with my mirror pretty sure it's distorted and making me look funny, probably gotta get a new one or something. I am debating doing a total switch up and going back to my ironman training which is roughly 3hr cardio daily and just working on getting faster and pushing longer. I have a fair amount of muscle for my height (168lb of lbm) so even if I were to lose muscle during the cut is still hold a fair amount of LBM for someone who is 5'8. I'm just spit balling here I'm probably too addicted to the big 3 to compromise them with my cardio training.

Motherfuckers jumping from helos and shit and I'm over here baby sitting drunks... I need a career change.

haha, good luck with everything RT

I know these feels, my job is pretty mundane.

I know these feels, too. My training has been garbage lately plus the knee thing killing my squat. I don't know if it's the weight loss, lower test dose, Sheiko not agreeing with me or my knee ruining my confidence or a combination all of them. I've been as strong as I am now when I was natty. I feel I've really botched this cruise/cut thing, but you live and learn I guess. I do look and feel better, so not a total loss.

Or maybe there's just something in the air, @ruckin is having mediocre (for him) sessions, too.

You'll be back to squatting in a jiffy!
3hr cardio sounds absolutely awful. You can find other ways to cut without compromising your LBM, you've worked hard for those gains!!!
Although, if you're on a cycle shouldn't that prevent you from going catabolic and loose muscle mass?

On cycle for another 3 days then I'll be waiting for my esters to clear. I will be anticatobolic because of the test and tren but I would still lose some. I'm really not concerned with my LBM that much just need my weight to be down a bit. I'm thinking I've got some water weight to lose when I come off cycle and then again when I get off the creatine so hopeing I can lose a fair amount of easy weight when I come off so I don't have to do the 3hr sessions :p but on the flip side once upon a time swimming for 2hrs was my therapy time and I would do all my good thinking while running laps in the Olympic pool. Not quite the same now but maybe I could get to a point were I semi enjoy it again
