Rodgerthat trying to pick heavy things up.

On cycle for another 3 days then I'll be waiting for my esters to clear. I will be anticatobolic because of the test and tren but I would still lose some. I'm really not concerned with my LBM that much just need my weight to be down a bit. I'm thinking I've got some water weight to lose when I come off cycle and then again when I get off the creatine so hopeing I can lose a fair amount of easy weight when I come off so I don't have to do the 3hr sessions :p but on the flip side once upon a time swimming for 2hrs was my therapy time and I would do all my good thinking while running laps in the Olympic pool. Not quite the same now but maybe I could get to a point were I semi enjoy it again

Water weight will come off fast if your water intake in on point, especially if your off creatine.
Man, I pee so much at night when I take creatine. Wake up 5+ times to pee, full bladder!! I hate it :mad:

Swimming is such a great therapy and excellent cardio too. If you have the option, you should totally go back to it.

You should be like wooooo stair master! It's building up that booty for ya! Ya I want to get back into swimming... Don't think my speedo fits anymore though hmmm shopping trip! Ya I pee 5+ times a night always as I drink 8-12 litres of water a day
 
Tren cough came in right hard tonight with my final pin of the cycle. 200mg tren a and 100mg test p as it was going in I felt the burning start so I shot the rest real quick to embrace but i didn't hit a vain this was totally different just really warm and a metallic taste and now breathing has been a bitch for about 2 hrs. Was talking on the phone to someone and they mentioned 3 or 4 times in a 20 min period how heavy I was breathing. This should make for an interesting sleep. Don't know if I should hit my inhaler to try and fix it or if that would make it worse and help the tren move around more in my lungs.

Didn't do a whole lot this weekend, chest workout today but nothing too great didn't have the drive for abs or cardio either. Going to start keto again tomorrow so I can enjoy all dat cheesey goodness while still cutting.

Got searched on my flight today because of my creatine and taurine powder they tested it and all good, thankfully they didn't test my pill case thing cause there is nolva, adex and t3 in there lol but didn't bring gear with me and that was the right choice.

Hitting the hotel gym after a very long day, they are kicking me out in 5 mins so I am just doing 30 min walk total currently on minute 27, 3.8mph no pain I'm very happy with this. The gym has some space but only 2 treadmills and Dumbbells up to 50lb and a bench but I can make that work for shoulders and arms, then will do cardio and abs for other stuff. Won't be able to weigh myself till I'm home next week or the week after so keeping diet as on point as I can while I'm out. Subway for lunch and doing a rice bowl and chicken for dinner, I wanted to do keto but I can't cook and this is some of the meal predium food I can get so Ima try and save a few bucks while I'm at it. Side note a chicken salad at subway in Canada is 10 fucking dollars now! This is just single serving not double meat or anything it's unruly!

Your cycle is similar to mine now, except Im using sdrol and no halo (until meet day) and im not using hcg because balls just get in my way.

That's why I don't use Hcg on cycle just need em for recovery purposes it's stupid and unfair. I've got lots of halo and no sdrol I'd probably use sdrol too if I had it though. I'm going to try and work it so I do a meet on week 12. We will see though I'm having life toss ups like you so don't know what's going to happen

Alright so it's all been sorted and it's all official I'm now comfortable telling my shitty story:oops:. So I received an email last Wednesday while I was at human resource training (which is for queers and feminists, I ain't either so super gay and they didn't like me hitting on the girls there stupid right!) this email stated that my medical history was under review and that my clearance for my new job has been suspended. I had to tell them about my leg and they continued to look further. Usually I get all my clearance from my family doctor and she's awesome but I had to go to the company one and I didn't pass. So I no longer have that job, bright side is no weight restriction anymore so I'll be getting fluffy this summer. For those that don't know I have torn both quads broken both legs multiple times 3 shoulder dislocations a few surgeries and the nail in the coffin was that I've broken my back 2 times and they believe it's still compromised which isn't true at all seeing as I put 455 on my back squatted it and didn't become paralyzed.

So for my new workout program it's a building block for me to work up to some serious weights then do sheiko to peak into a meet.
I will be squating everyday 4x4 starting at 225 and adding 5 pounds every day, I'll begin high bar and go as far as I can until first failed rep (assuming will be around 330-350) then I will drop 20% of the load and switch to low bar and go again until I fail a rep then switch to 3x3. I'll do the squats in the morning in my garage same time every day.
I'll go to the gym at night 4 days a week and I have 2 workouts

Those are the workouts I'll be rotating while I do my squat everyday program. Sunday,Monday and Wednesday,Thursday will be lift days I think and Friday's and Saturdays will be my enjoy life days (hiking, mountain biking, ski touring, camping, fishing etc) so I'll get my cardio in then.

After every lifting session in the gym I'll be doing 15mins of HIIT to keep my cardio up.

That's it, hopefully it goes as well as I have planned it too and thanks for everyone who still tags along to this anticlimaxtic thread I appreciate everyone being able to help keep me accountable and joke around with.:cool:
