things feel unnatural but i got my workout done. My quad pain is almost all gone now just minor issues while I squatted, yes I SQUATTED!!!!!! 95lb but still it's a squat and it went up and down quick. Did 4 sets of 4 for squats with 95lb just to feel it. Will be adding 10-20lb a day on squats and going to start squatting everyday pain dependent. I'm going to stick to high bar no belt no sleeves and flat shoes until I get up around 275-315ish then I'll start adding in my gear again.

Long stretch and serious work on my splits as I can't do them anymore and haven't practiced for a while so it upset me, I like my flexibility.
