My luck would be have someone come in my shop mid rep, scare me, then I'd fall and somehow get pinned under the bar all naked. Sounds awesome

Today was squats and some bicep work.
Squats 195 4x4 barefoot no sleeves no belt no worries
Straight bar curl 95lb 3x8
Hammer curl 40s 2x16
Did some stretching while watching Netflix cause I'm still sick, stretched for 2 episodes of Brooklyn nine nine (great show)


I'm really liking this squat every day it's nice to do the movement so often and trying minor changes. Gonna progress by 10s from here on out though. So far no DOMs or any issues with my quad or recovery, I've also decided I like a medium wide stance and flat footing even though I'm high bar so I think I'll like it even more when I transition back to low bar.

I'm gonna start to slow on my bulk now, love handles are coming in faster then the powerbelly so gotta try and reverse that as the love handles don't do nothing for my lifting besides pinch when I squat.
 
So this massive calorie surplus is making lifting as easy as breathing... Except not now cause breathing is hard now that I'm fat so it's as easy as breathing when I'm lean.

Bench press 240 5,4,3,2,1 spotter calling down and up competition style felt like I could easily do another 30lb for the same rep scheme so I'm digging it

Currently on minute 22 so I gotta do 8 more mins then stretch er out.

Life news update: I've had several job offers from different related organizations to my previous job so that's cool maybe take one of those or maybe just go back to my old hood and become a gym rat and work the business with my brother... At least I got some options it's making everything less stressful for me and allowing me to enjoy my workout instead of worrying about stuff while I lift.

Got that right, my bear friend, glad i got it out of the way when i was young, some people do it forever lol. You just skipped right by it, thats the best haha.
 
Workouts are going incredibly smooth! I got my new supertraining limited edition powerlifting shoes in today and tested them out, I fell in love!

Today's workout
Morning- stairclimber 20mins treadmill 30mins long stretch and suana hottub
Evening:
Squats 225 4x4 (felt so good skipped 215 cause it looks silly on the bar)
Deadlift 405 4x3 beltless
Hammer strength machine rows 3plates each side 5x8
Hammer strength machine pull downs 3 plates a side 4x12
Back extensions with 65lb band 4x8
Wide grip late pull down 140lb 4x12 fast concentric slow eccentric
Hammer curl 60lb 4x8
Straight bar curl 95lb 3x10
Preacher curl 65lb 3x12 45lb 1x7
Jump rope 10 mins
Battle ropes 1min on 30 seconds off 4 rounds


I'm going to keep doing a lot of cardio to keep that up for summer activities whatever they may be when I figure out my life. I'm making sure I eat every calorie to replace the cardio though I don't want to lose weight just be better conditioned. I'm 195lb morning weight with probably 16%bf maybe less and I'm loving it weights feel stupid easy and I'm in my 2nd week of PCT!
