I like to take everything that happens as a learning experience and move forward to becoming better with whatever that may be.

There’s several different issues that were brought up and I once again find myself in the middle and see things from everyone’s perspective.

Whether you like his style or not @biggerben69 has some valid points and I’m glad he shared his viewpoints.

The thing about me is I like to share my thoughts and speculations out in the open. When shit happens behind the scenes in private messages it’s easy to be persuaded a certain way because we cut off the input and views from others that could help us have a better understanding of a situation.

The one post that stuck out in a way was when @Cityofgrit speculated that another board could be the cause of this drama filled bullshit.
Idky but it made me think about TGI sayin a few months back that he had a surprise in the works. Wouldn’t give any clues of what that would be. Then when @biggerben69 posted in the TGI thread and things got emotional riled (for some), I faintly remember TGI sayin something along the lines of opening up another forum and everyone leaving here and going there. Maybe a joke, maybe not lol.

I personally believe everything that has unfolded is a bunch of bullshit that did nothing for this community in a positive way whatsoever!

Some people just have dark desires.

I've had countless therapy and general everyday conversations where people just have deeper and darker desires than others. Boards where mods blatantly stick up for their sources (and likely receive something in return) have a reason to hate MESO..especially if MESO is killing their cash cow. Call me outlandish, but all this whole incident has done is divide everyone and I think we all need to take a look at who that would benefit. It certainly wouldn't be anyone on MESO.

When you have a banned member trying to extort and possibly get you put in jail, what do you do? Looking back it doesn't seem that an individual member could do anything to a source, they don't have any more information than LE already would.

So it was said on a whim before thinking through? did the person he told explain there's most likely nothing the banned member can do or did he just run off and tell the world? Your wife was a stay at home mom up until the day the door was kicked in and the family dog who's only crime was his instict to protect the pack at all costs is executed for his bravery...maybe it took him 35 minutes or so to expire and nobody moved to help your old friend.

Then you're led out of your home and you are met with stares from all your neighbors you've known over the years. Car pools...kids trick or treating....exchanging lawncare tips, etc.

You take a long ride to an MCC or MDC or Federal Holding facility closest to the city where your case originated from.

You can cooperate and give up the names of those involved in the things you do. Names...phone numbers. Give this inforation and you can get back a little bit faster to the wife and kids and that life that seems so far away now.

Ruin the lives of some others in order to take time of a federal prison sentence. You're gonna do time..but save yourself a year...18 months...guys will sell out their parents for a dowmward departure. I've explained here before how we know when someone has cooperated. PSR...presentencing investigation. That document tells the story.

Supposedly, it has everything to do with TGI and it's all about promoting a new forum/website. This has been the substance of information shared with me over the past 1-2 weeks by different individuals.

I've been skeptical because I don't think such a blatantly dishonest and malicious marketing strategy would be an effective method of promoting a new forum.

People's actions are generally motivated by self-interest. Yet these rumors would seemingly work against the self-interest of the alleged perpetrators.

So, I've been looking for alternative explanations. But maybe I'm giving people too much credit. Sometimes the simplest explanation is the correct one.
