Shakes get stuck in throat

Had a bit of a break recently (what can I say ...women),

and on coming back I found that when I drink milk (i.e. a Protein Shake), it seems to give me loads of flem.

At best this is just a bit of spitting. At worst it's trying to go to sleep garling a mix of snot and curdled milk.

Although my diet is better since living with a Vege the Shakes where filling in the protein gap. What can be done?

By the way, since when did the site turn girly colours?

calories vitamins and protien..all found in milk bro.The powder mixed with water tastes like shit too.Make sure you are mixing well in blender and maybe use a tad more milk than normal to mix with..... making a thinner solution.

Just water and powder seems to work so far, but any milk at all even without powder seems to do it. Wierd.

Guess I'll have to ... generally up and watch my protein, maybe cheese as well I guess

cheese ..yes..watch the sodium though.I carry about 1/2 pound of cheese around in my truck at all times..also eat lots of cottage cheese..I do this right before bedtime..I have to mix in some fruit so i can handle the taste.I cant believe you like the protien powder mixed with water..nasty!

You won't be missing much getting rid of milk, just mix your shakes in water. I have eliminated some milk from my diet and it has made me feel a lot healthier. Look through some studies on milk and make a decision . If you need a link to the studies, you can PM me if you like.
