All aas have an effect on neurobiology, 19nor's are just the worst. However, you aren't that off by using ssri's and/or cere. Point is to lower excitatory neurotransmission, relieve stress and promote neurogenesis. The drug of choice is going to be very individual though.

Got it!(noted)
Maybe anti oxidants and few other OTC supplements can help need to research on it! Thanks for bringing that up!

Their

“Estrogen(ideal level is 80)”
I do not agree with this. Ratio is a factor

IMHO tadalafil shouldnt be in the High BP solution section. Although some use tadalafil for that purpose it is not effective for controlling BP. I would take that out and replace it with cardio.

Personally I think e2 at 80 is sweet spot for igf1 production tadalafil will help in a minor scale, but it's significant and cardio is must,I don't need to mention basics and tadalafil has other benefits which I like personally so I mentioned it there for minor elevation in bp

What are the units you’re using? “80” is usually very high

Tadalafil is mainly for an enlarged prostate. Something that is totally missing in your list. Most gear users (men) will sooner or later face problems with their prostate.

Oh totally Ignored that topic, noob mistake(by me).
Anything that you can suggest for managing/avoiding prostate sides? Other than tadalafil.

And please feel free to add in any other sides that are missing from list.

Sulforaphane - actual sulforaphane, not broccoli extract: Prostaphane in EU or Broq in USA.

People thinking a drug for pulmonary hypertension for general hypertension drives me nuts

I never knew that! I appreciate your response.
tadalafil
Treats PAH(pulmonary arterial hypertension)
yea, its just one of those things from someone who has a "Doctorates in google". They start repeating something they have little understanding of.
Next thing you know, everyone is on cialis for hypertension
