Chicken is terrible.

Costco is ok but you need to navigate around the minivan moms with the giant asses.

For my money you just can’t go wrong with a Bigfoot 12-incher. Mmm...Mmmmmmm...

Chicken is garbage for size.... Steak and bison are pound for pound the most nutrient dense protein sources. The vertical diet has been really working well for me.
Where do you get the bison, how's it taste. I prefer lean red meat as well for size and strength

For sure I eat 4 whole eggs almost every day. I get free range eggs from a farm by my house for 2$ a dozen. The eggs are massive too. I do white rice, sweet potatoes, and sourdough for carbs. Plus fruits of course.

You seen the golden era book where he ate 36 whole eggs a day. Said it was equal to a dbol cycle.

There is no way I could eat 36 eggs a day for 4-6 weeks

Eggs and lots of em.

But don’t forget carbs.... u grow with carbz

cholesterol is precursor to testosterone production in natural bb. But why is it important for roiders?

I eat four eggs at breakfast just because I like it but I'm worried about the cholesterol.

Carbs, mostly brown rice, makes the bulk of my daily food intake.

Cholesterol is much more complicated than just good and bad cholesterol. In items such as eggs the cholesterol between bad and good is pretty balanced this is good because unless your lipids are just way out of whack, then eggs won’t change this.

But it goes even further than just protein for eggs, they contain a complete amino acid profile on top of boasting all the minerals a human body needs in addition to the vitamins it contains.

Eggs are also easy to eat, especially when added to a drink. 6 raw eggs in a blender mixed with milk and some chocolate protein is far easier in the morning to consume for breakfast than a meal. Eggs are so convenient lol. Or even taking hard boil eggs and sprinkling over a steak for that additional nutrients. Just so easy to add to just about anything.

So keep adding in the eggs....it is a very under rated and over feared meat source.

I hear that putting raw eggs into a blender is not very effective, they have to be somewhat cooked.

Used to do this 2 times a day but that discouraged me.

Never used the George Forman grill. But I hear lots of great things about it.

I do remember the commercials though lol
You need to go to Walmart and invest the $30. I get a lb of salmon for about $8 , cut the skin off. Sprinkle Himalayan sea salt and a generous amount of garlic powder , throw it on the George foreman. The thing lights up when it's done and cooks out just enough of the oil that you still get a bunch of omegas but it isnt overboard oily.

Take about 10oz of the salmon. 1 cup of cooked brown rice, and half an avacado and enjoy a gourmet meal with great macros for $9 (plus a nice 6oz piece of salmon as a late night snack).
