Cholesterol is much more complicated than just good and bad cholesterol. In items such as eggs the cholesterol between bad and good is pretty balanced this is good because unless your lipids are just way out of whack, then eggs won’t change this.
But it goes even further than just protein for eggs, they contain a complete amino acid profile on top of boasting all the minerals a human body needs in addition to the vitamins it contains.
Eggs are also easy to eat, especially when added to a drink. 6 raw eggs in a blender mixed with milk and some chocolate protein is far easier in the morning to consume for breakfast than a meal. Eggs are so convenient lol. Or even taking hard boil eggs and sprinkling over a steak for that additional nutrients. Just so easy to add to just about anything.
So keep adding in the eggs....it is a very under rated and over feared meat source.
