why would you expect gyno, and automatically assume you need surgery

That is because I'm planning to always use NPP/Deca for joint relief. I don't want to go through the hassle of taking different compounds to counter the gyno effect of 19nor. So, I've decided to get rid of the gland as soon as it start to grow and save myself the headache.
 
Is this your first cycle? You sound very unsure of what you're doing.... why did u pin 1050mg of npp the first 2 weeks? Then reduce it? Sounds like you were trying to front load a short ester? Also dude you're 160lbs? What's your height? And u expected gyno? Wtf man get your head in the game!

This is my second blast. During my first blast I had joint pain that conflicted with my workout. So to be on the safe side, I used high Npp in the 2nd blast to not get the same issue. It's an overkill for sure but I didn't want to risk messing my 2nd blast.

The expected Mammary gland growth is due to the high use of NPP. I'm okay with it. This is the last of my concerns. The surgery will take care of it.

At your height you should be minimum 180lbs (some might say closer to 200lbs) before considering a blast. If you had low natural test TRT until then. But blasting at 160lbs is a waste.

You are the first person I've ever heard say that, and your cycle planning is bazaar and makes no sense. I'd stop, and 're think things
 
Deca helps joints (anecdotally, the mechanism by which this occurs is by no means an open and shut case - B Chavez's best guess is water retention padding the joints) but the joint pain he's describing sounds like more than deca is going to help with.

I personally don’t think it’s just from water retention. An mri showed I have a torn meniscus and was told I needed to have a scope done. Deca took all my pain away 100%. I’ve been off two weeks now and can feel it starting to want to hurt again, I guess it’s in the beginning stage of returning.

Sorry to hear that your knee is acting up again

I'm not sure if your anecdote was pointing to a conclusion but I appreciate you chiming in nonetheless
 
I have no proof of what deca actually does and how it does it but it is nothing short of miraculous for my knees. I can’t say it helped my rotator in my shoulder though. I just need to find out the minimum I can use for relief. I was on 300mg a week and it’s been two weeks so I’m guessing 125 ish might be my #

Chicken is garbage for size.... Steak and bison are pound for pound the most nutrient dense protein sources. The vertical diet has been really working well for me.
 
Mmmmm bison burgers. Pity it's so expensive. I actually order by mail Angus beef and bison that's on dry ice. Cheaper than most stores by me.
What mail order do you use for the Bison and Steak? Spoon feed me the source please. My wife only eats organic everything (and of course myself by default).

Unless I make the trek to Costco (USDA Prime grade is the best)

Snake River Farms - in terms of price and quality the best online option IMO
