Is that not what happens with everybody??? I just eat nothing but dbol no test, no nothing and gain at least 5 pounds of solid muscle everyday and eat whatever and whenever I want.. I swear that’s what some of these guys have in the head. That they can be 125lbs soaking wet and get on a cycle and look like Phil Heath in 6 weeks. It cracks me up..

Why do you think they say dbol= breakfast of champs? [emoji23]
 
After reading the entire biggest most shredded thread i realized my diet needs work. Lots of ideas in that thread. I'm cutting again to get the bf down after trying to bulk the wrong way. But next time around i will do it right.

As a noob, it is true, i blamed the gear first. Then questioned my training intensity. No fucking way. Has to be the diet.

Its a beatiful thing when you learn the correct way. Even if the lesson has to be learned the hard way. Weve all been their brother. Im no better than anyone else. Infact i still bearly know my ass from a hole innthe ground when it comes to the world of BB an Supps.
 
@Skull that thread is where i learned about your crazy ass...and Moe...and your kids. Weird that i know so much about so many people here now. Rowdy and cool as fuck crowd for the most part. Love this place.
 
Diet is the main thing hands down. Its so simple too. You want to grow? You gotta eat till you are sick at the VERY least 2 times a day. Every day. I fucking hate it. Pass the cyprobulkadine!;)

We all hear ‘you are what you eat’, but for me that never really sunk in until I was much older. I wish it had been stressed often when I was younger, just how critical diet is to everything in life and that we should eat based on bodily need and not taste/pleasure/whatever.

Imagine if we hammered proper diet/nutrition and proper stretching/conditioning/exercise all throughout public education. Might have a different looking population, but maybe it’s done purposefully to keep everyone sick, fat, depressed...

Yeah and taking physical education out of schools I’m sure doesn’t help the population develop good habits, and taking home Ec out of schools too.... let’s not teach kids how to cook either...

And we wonder why so many kids are fat and eat out all the time....
