We here at meso need to talk more about diet side of things than just take X steroid/drug for X amount of time and see the automatic desired results.
People are too afraid to show that they need some help with diet and training regime and I get it most get flamed by some negative people who say things like you need to learn to diet and train first before touching steroids and yes that is correct, however, there is always something to learn and back to the basics approach works.
We need to stop being afraid to ask, I'm sure there are people that can help and give great advice when it comes to diet and training. After all, we have bodybuilders, powerlifters, athletes (kinda), competitors and just fitness enthusiasts like me that love doing what they do!
If something doesn't work out for you then instead of looking for another steroid/drug or some drastic change to your protocol, look at your diet, ask us for help and same goes with training and lifestyle in general.
For example instead of asking should I take winstrol or anavar to lose some fat, ask the diet question and then fix it up and if you see results you like then you can consider adding in hardener steroid. Realize that steroid cosmetic effect (hardeners in particular) shine the most when you're already pretty lean by average fitness standards a true <16% body fat.
This goes outside of forum too, I frequently get asked by young kids what to take and if I could get them steroids (facepalm)... I tell them about the diet, training and lifestyle they just lose interest quickly. It's not exactly better with adult gym goers, just they are more likely to at least pretend to listen, but then quickly forget all the information anyway.
This should go to all, not only newbies who are starting out and thinking if you wanna be ripped like Stallone in Rambo, you need winstrol or anavar or masteron combined with clenbuterol and t3 and then add in in trenbolone just in case "I don't lose my gains bro".
