C_natty what gear were you running when you notice the gyno? Did you take arimidex while on cycle?

I've done a few cycles since than with no problems. Gyno was from pro hormones alsoIve been nice reading over this thread with so many people in the same boat as myself. I had gyno surgery about 3 months back, I recently was able to get back in the gym about 4 weeks ago and already thinking about my next cycle. Anyone done a cycle after there surgery yet? What did you guys run and did anyone have flare ups? Since my surgery is so recent I won't be cycling for a while but already had a cycle in mind in hopes no flare ups will occur with all the right precautions taken. My gyno was from pro hormones years ago and before I had surgery I took quite a few cycles of dbol 30mg and test c 500mg and got decent gains with an AI and good PCT. Being on cycle for 12 weeks and with the AI helped a lot with the pain actually and seemed like both lumps shrunk just a lil while on cycle which was nice not having that sharp pain in my nips everytime I did preacher curls. Anyway I've posted my future cycle to some and I'm thinking I should be fine but no one I got feedback from has had gyno before I don't think. Down the road I'll probably run the dbol and test c again to see how I react then if all goes well I'll probably add Deca so it would look like.,
Weeks 1-4 dbol 30mgs
Weeks 1-14 test c 750mg
Weeks 1-13 Deca 300mg or 400mg maybe..
Weeks 1-16 adex .5 EOD
Weeks 1-16 B6 300mg ED
Weeks 16-19 Clom 100/50/50 Nolva 40/20/20
But like I said just a rough draft, I'm just happy to get back in the gym. Thanks again to everyone whose posted on here. Nice to see others stories and experience.
Thanks for sharing, do you take Nolva through your whole cycle now? I have seen people suggest on other threads since we're more prone to gyno or just an AI and you're good?I've done a few cycles since than with no problems. Gyno was from pro hormones also
To be honest neither and I haven't had any problemsThanks for sharing, do you take Nolva through your whole cycle now? I have seen people suggest on other threads since we're more prone to gyno or just an AI and you're good?
Well I just started my first cycle around 3-4 weeks ago. Planned was:
Test E 500 mg/wk 1-12
Dbol 30mg/day 1-4
I hadn't yet gotten the dbol and i was very curious so I started right away with test only. I was doing Aromasin 12.5 mg/eod. From the feels of it i was pretty confident was not too high as i had dry mouth, lips and achy Joints.
But as it was my first cycle i didn't know what early gyno symptoms are. In just a few days after my first and second test inj i felt like my nipple areolas were feeling kind of soft but as i had low estro symptoms like achy joints etc, I brushed it off as being just placebo gyno.
I remember the day after my second inj i got alot of PIP and i had some Tramadol, so i took some. And i smoked weed here and there all along. The next also too much PIP, so i did some more tramadol and maybe smoked some weed that night. Went to bed, the next i wake up and see wtf my nipple areola has expanded in size and gotten super puffy. I was devastated.
Luckily I had pharma letro and Aromasin. So i started taking letro pretty high doses right away. My estrogen crashed pretty quickly even further and i was feeling miserable. I ordered some Tamox, continued with letro and did only one more inj of test.
All this time i got really paranoid. I have anxiety issues normally and now high doses letro, crashed estro levels, gyno from nowhere in the very first week. I was devastated. I would google about gyno and that would make me even more paranoid and depressed. I read on alot of sites saying gyno can only be get rid of through surgerey.
But I didn't lose faith. I continued with letro/Aromasin until my tamox arrived. I quit the test inj altogether and decided to get rid of the gyno 100℅ first no matter what. Long story short it has been like two weeks now, no steroids, tamox 40mg/day and aromasin/letro all along. The puffiness and areola size was getting better but not that much noticable.
Now here comes the interesting part. Just a few days ago, i was just reading up somewhere that Marihuana and/or opiods can cause gyno. Well i have been a heavy pot smoker for many years now, never had issues. But then a thought crossed my mind, wait a minute, may be Marihuana when combined with steroids, that is when e2 levels are higher above normal range, could indeed contribute to gyno. Then i started searching Marihuana's effects on prolactin and estrogen. Well turns out there a few studies that point to Marihuana raising prolactin in males. As mentioned earlier, I also did Tramadol, an Opioid, which is known to increase prolactin and Serotonin and suppressing the dopamine. High prolactin in the presence of higher than normal estr levels in men is a recipe for gyno. I just wished someone could have told me this.
Well i am gratefull that i got pretty much rid of my gyno now by starting dopamine agonists like caber. Now i am 100℅ sure that the gyno i got was from prolactin. And the prolactin was from the Marihuana and Tramadol. I hope every beginner gets to read this post before starting a cycle.
LoL100% sure huh? Defininitly the weed and tramadol raising the prolactin? I doubt it. Since your 100% sure I'm assuming you got blood work to prove your theory right? See this is the problem with the internet. Any moron with a keyboard can make outrageous claims and self diagnose themselves and put it out on the internet for anyone else to read.
Ofcourse what I mentioned in my previous post was not a peer reviewed study. It was an anecdotal experience. I may be wrong about the weed, but Tramadol is definitely the culprit. There are studies out there clearly showing the Tramadol decreases Test levels, increases estrogen and prolactin. You don't need to doubt it. Just do a google search.100% sure huh? I smoke every day and I've been on cycle for 3 months. I've been on Dr. prescribed TRT for 2 years. My gyno has gone DOWN because I properly dose my arimidex. You can't remove your gyno but you can control it with arimidex. I know everyone is different but I really feel like you don't know what you're doing, and you are just guessing at what is causing your problems.Just to make it clear. When I am not on cycle I can smoke weed day and night and tramadol too here and there and get no gyno whatsoever. But even a few puffs while on cycle, puffy nipples for weeks. It is sad I have to completely give up the weed and tramadol.
You know that everyone is different but you still think I don't know what I'm doing? That makes alot of sense. Thanks alot for your intelligent remarks.I smoke every day and I've been on cycle for 3 months. I've been on Dr. prescribed TRT for 2 years. My gyno has gone DOWN because I properly dose my arimidex. And maybe just don't take the tramadol? It's a shitty compound anyway.
