I personally look at all sources the same as far as being online goes. That’s to keep them somewhat accountable.
The reason why I always say there’s ‘no excuse’ for a source to use, for not being active here is because of being anonymous online. We don’t really know the person we are dealing with. We don’t actually know if they have kids, a dog, a wife, ect... So all those things can be used as an excuse when needed. To me it just seem easier to find time to post then to give reasons or ‘excuses’ not too...
I’m looking at the big picture of all sources in general and I try to use the priorities I have when keeping them all accountable.

I don't know how soon it will be for the capsules. I have it in 20mg/ml suspension. That is what I made originally for my wife and it worked well.
I think I discussed this with someone in ht thread a few pages back; but I would not hesitate to use any oil (that I compound) for 2 years or more. I am using oil from 2017 and I have no issues from it and it is doing what I anticipated for results.
Orals, on the other hand, are never sterile; and therefore prone to microbial growth. It doesn't matter if it is capsule, solution, or suspension form: bacteria and fungal spores will be in the containers. This is true for UGL and pharmaceutical products. With that said, there are preservatives in all the liquid formulations I use that deter or delay microbial growth; but will not prevent it indefinitely. Refrigeration will lengthen the usable time; but I wouldn't recommend exceeding a year from the date of purchase. That is a rough timeline based on my own experience and observations.
My apologies for that error on my list. The capsules are out of stock but I have it in suspension at 20mg/ml. I don't know when I will restock capsules. I will fix the list. Thank you for asking this.

I can just see Sym fist pumping and high fiving his entire family while screaming YES! Over and over because of this....
24h after increasing to 375mg DNP, noticeably warmer & sweating more, nothing too intolerable, but again its 60 degrees here when i open the windows. as the 375mg builds up over next 2-3 days i will keep reporting results.
if after 5 days 375mg is still pretty tolerable do u suggest increase to 500mg or that's an alley i shouldn't go to? @Eman @Dthcore
also should i take allegra/zyrtec daily for the cycle or only when i have a rash?

@ArmDay he was joking fyi.
shake the oral suspension, draw, release it in the mouth then swallow. no rocket science. make sure to shake the bottle though or u won't get accurate dose.

Don't take antihistamines daily... If you're having symptoms you can take them if you're dropping the DNP. My logic here is that you don't want to cover up a rash because it is a helpful indicator of potential problems down the line... IE throat swelling shut.
As far as dosage, if it were me, I would stay where you are but I don't know how long you're planning your cycle to be. If you think you can get to your goal at the current dosage, stay there. Slow increases in dosage make a difference because you often can't go back down once you increased.

What Eman said. 375mg for longer is equivalent to 500mg for shorter period of time, minus worse sides. And trust me, high dose sides suck.

Lmao yeah I know, I only asked because some things that you take oral you’re supposed to hold under your tongue for X amount of seconds. Just figured I’d ask as I’ve never had liquid orals. Thank you tho!
end of first day on 375mg. tonight my girl complained my room is very cold, she turned the heating and i started sweating. thats annoying but no more side effects and i can handle the sweat.
