temptation and striving for more.... but health should be the main goal in life

things are really going well, I think there is a lot to sticking to a good protocol and letting the body adjust to it and as time goes on in that relatively even state then more and more benefits occur

I have to agree with you that keeping most variables consistent and only changing one thing at a time is very important.

Right now for example I am injecting the same dose same interval but adding Ai

If I kept changing the dose or interval then the benefits of the Ai would be murky

Now I can defintively say "yup Ai helps" or "nope Ai doesnt do much"

Because it's the only real variable I am changing right now

How many times have you tried HCG?

Not using an AI...with the same dose of T you're on now? Other?

I can't even begin to answer that without investing some major time and memory, I've been experimenting and dabbling in hormones for around two decades

How old are you if you dont mind me asking?

And the last time you stopped treatment how long were you off treatment? In total?

Take a shot at it. I think it will be helpful and maybe there's some part of my experience that will complement it. Lately, I've been using low-dose T and getting very good results. I'm at less than half the dose I used a year ago and it works very well so far. Nobody was more surprised about this result than me.

You're at the high end of dose/treatment and I'm at the low end. Let's see how they compare and maybe learn something interesting along the way.

well I'm sitting here this morning and as I'm typing this my dick is so hard I could pound nails with it.... but, my throat is scratchy and my nose is stuffed up, people around me lately have had the flu and I was hoping not to catch it, but I feel it coming on, and that is one thing that always drove me crazy over the years that it seems like when on trt my immune system seems like I catch whatever bugs are going around, whereas when I am natural I seem to be able to avoid being sick

hope I'm over it quickly, everything else is working well

Increase your vitamin D3 supplementation for a few days. It should help; it has for me. The Flu is everywhere now.

Giving up booze has helped me. When I used to drink I would get colds and flus every month in the wintertime.

Yep. My work leads to plenty of opportunities to have a drink, and for awhile I was having plenty. But now I limit myself to one or two dry cocktails on weekend outings, and nothing more than a glass of wine during the week (and that rarely). That alone makes a big difference.

my diet is extremely disciplined, and I don't drink alcohol

I guess sometimes it is unavoidable to get sick, many many people around me in close quarters have been very sick with flu's recently, and I was thinking I'd be able to fight getting it, but I am a little bit sick right now, hope it doesn't get too bad but being sick sucks

making a bit of a protocol change I thought I would record here

up to now I've been doing roughly once a week injections

started yesterday on an e4d protocol

couple of reasons, half the injection size, so that will help with pip
and sometimes I would feel the drop on day 6 or 7, so I think an e4d protocol should completely solve that

will probably just do small AI dose at injection time only with this protocol

125mg cypionate every 4 days

At first I was extremely skeptical, mainly because of what I experienced over time on dose similar to that, but now I'm starting to think its extremely individual. I'm not dismissing the idea that after awhile in the upper range you start to experienced diminished returns, a little ED, and a decline in mood, but I'm not against someone going for it. What I'm starting to think is that you can run high for awhile as long as you offset that high with a period of normal dosing, say 3-4 months just to allow the body to get everything back to good. I'm even thinking it'd be better (if body composition was your main concern) to just go 200 mg test and 200 mg of deca for a few months, then come back down to a normal TRT dose and cruise for 6 or so months. I feel like you'd keep a lot of the gains, no worries about PCT because usually the main health concern of deca is it shutting you down to hard. If you're on TRT this isn't an issue. I know your main concern is health, as should be everyone's, but my opinion has changed on supraphysiological doses.

well I've been on supra for quite some time now and things are better than ever as far as ed and mood, erections are solid, morning wood solid every day, orgasm function very good, mood even.... all of these things are improved even compared to the first 3 months of being on.... I did get the flu though, but so did most people around me and they are not on trt

How long exactly? Over a year?

I was fine, in fact at my peak, 6 months in. I'm interested to see where you'll be at just a little over a year. That's when I began to notice everything. You can't keep it up forever.
