One more thing...drop the the aromasin. Dont just take drugs for no reason. At a mere 2cc a week i doubt youll even need it
Haha I was actually thinking that myself mate. Don't want to mess with my cholesterol if it's not necessary so I will drop it for now and get back on it if I start to notice any high oestrogen sides.
 
My first cycle was 500mg/week of pharma grade test cyp as well. Within the second to third week my sex drive was through the roof and energy for days. I work construction as a carpenter so it's pretty physically demanding. I could work like a monster all day, hit the gym for 2 hours then fuck the wifey up to thrice daily and still feel good....welcome aboard.
 
Solid base to start on. Good luck, and be careful with your shoulder, as your strength should jump up significantly you could easily push too hard and make the injury worse which would be a shame.
 
Hey Jamie what exactly is wrong with your shoulder. I don't have my AC ligament in my shoulder. I am also going to be running the same cycle soon. Does it bother you when you lift?

Rotator cuff mate. For the most part I can work around it. The 1 big no no for me is barbell bench press. It does all kinds of damage to my shoulder. I will still feel a dull pain when working out shoulders and chest but I'm still able to push myself. However, like I said, the one thing that gives me problems is bench press. I feel pain even if I don't go heavy and I can tell that if I tried to push through it I would just end up putting myself out of action for a long time.

Yeah I'm definitely going to be careful. I am able to work around it for the most part. I'm going to start doing a lot of rotator cuff work too and hopefully the test will really help me strengthen up the little stabilizer muscles in my shoulder quite quickly haha
 
UPDATE (10 DAYS IN):

Weight gain: It's 10 days after first pin (I'll be doing my 4th pin later tonight!). I've gained 5 lbs so far which is probably pretty much all water weight. I've been cutting for the past few months and I didn't take time to bump calories up slowly or anything. I was literally on 2300 kcals/day and then on the day of my first injection I jumped that straight up to 3200 kcals/day which is a slight surplus for me. It's pretty normal for me to add a few lbs of water weight when jumping from a deficit straight in to a surplus so no surprise there.

Appearance: Feeling slightly fuller, a little water weight added. Still lean and vascular though :D

Diet: Have been hitting my 3200 kcal/day every single day. Being honest I have actually overshot this on a number of days where I probably easily consumed anything up to 4000 kcals. Need to start controlling this a little better as I want to stay as lean as possible while adding mass. But hey, at least I'm not under eating! lol

Gym Performance: Haven't really added any weight to my lifts but I have added reps to sets instead. For example, I've squatted 3 times since starting the cycle 10 days ago. On the first day I did 100kg (225 lbs) for 3 sets of 8 (go easy on me, this was my first time squatting in months and at the end of a natty cut my strength is down the drain lol). Second day squatting managed 100kg - 3 sets of 9 & third day managed 3 sets of 10 (the 3x10 felt easier than the 3x8 too!! haha).

Sides: None

Summary: Have gained weight & strength but I'm putting it all down to the extra calories I'm consuming now and not the test (since I'm only 10 days after first pin). However, looking forward to feeling the test kick in and hopefully I'll feel that very soon... Will be sure to update as soon as I do! :)

Too be honest given what i perceive your natural body type to be you should be taking in significantly more calories to make this cycle or any other cycle a success. Trying to stay as lean as possible and under cutting the growth phase is a huge gamble that will likely leave you disappointed. I believe you are under eating. Grow now. Cut when your off. Growth phases are by nature a painful experience from the food intake to the methods to grow muscle. You will find in time this is the best way. Unless your in prep for a competition.

The gear is already in your system. It was since you injected it. Its already in motion. The steady climb UP to steady concentration is very important for growth. Dont waste it.

3200 hundred is a surplus eh? Im not an ecto and i maintain at 4000 cals. Some thing is wrong with the calculations

I'm going to bump up to 3400 in a couple days. But yes 3200 is a surplus for me, hence why I gained 5 lbs in a week lol.. obviously that isn't all tissue but it still doesn't happen unless you're in a surplus

5% increase in overall macros surprisingly does a lot.... I would find your baseline TDEE (including the exercise etc.) and increase it by 5% for your daily "goal".... ~45% protein, ~40% carbs and ~15% fats should be a nice setup for you. Monitor things and adjust accordingly. You know as well as we do slow and steady/quality progress is wwayyyyy better than huge weight gain and bloofiness.... If you could add around 1lb every two weeks of quality muscle mass, that would be HUGE in this marathon of a journey. Take it slow and keep your sensitivity high.

1) 22 IS to young, bc those your age almost always lack the maturity, to run AAS in a risk adverse manner ---- such as precycle LABS for starters

2) great but the use of PEDS is an entirely different ballgame that requires much more than "years in the gym"

3) that's HIGHLY unlikely considering your age

4) Much like adding gasoline to a VW won't make to run like a top fuel dragster ---- all biologic systems have LIMITS!

5) BUT at least your TT dose is reasonable

2.5 weeks in:

Sides: None apart from SEX DRIVE. I thought I was feeling a slight burning sensation in my right nipple yesterday but think I was just being paranoid (will keep an eye on this anyway lol)

Weight: Fluctuated quite a lot and went up very quickly! I was about 168-169 lbs to start and I weighed in this morning at 178 lbs. I'm guessing this rapid weight increase is mainly due to water retention from suddenly adding an extra 1000+ extra calories per day when I started my cycle. Also maybe some water retention from the test itself. I guess this weight gain proves the doubters wrong... I know my body & tdee well so weight gain is easy for me (in other words, please dont tell me that I'm not eating enough haha).

Gym performance: Ever since i started the cycle I've been making improvements every single day in the gym. Find I'm able to add an extra rep or 2 to most sets in my workouts. I mainly put this down to my huge increase in food intake since starting the cycle. Although I have to say I definitely think my test levels are well up there now. Past couple sessions I've had crazy pumps in the gym and a little extra aggression for working out!

Think my test levels are finally getting up in to a supraphysiological dose now and I'm excited to see what the next few weeks will bring! :)
