off vs on is a big difference, i think pretty much everyone would agree with this

It is. That’s why I told him to wait and see how much different it feels when his test levels go back to normal. That’s when I noticed.

I just try to keep that same “go big” mindset to overcome the physical state of being a pussy.

Maybe I'm expecting too much from a test only cycle but I really don't think I feel any different yet compared to when I was training naturally.

It (AAS) only allows you to continue making progress where you otherwise might have stalled.

Avoiding that asymptotic top line for body weight gains and strength adaptation is huge, but if were weren't stuck for several years making barely noticeable gains it just feels like before since you have never experienced that right side portion of the performance curve.

With the AAS being the major variable (you already had diet and training well in hand) you are staying comfortably in the middle section for improvement.

THAT is what the Test buys you... progress-ability (that is a word now). It is just harder to see from your foxhole.

You're not a pussy and you shouldn't talk down on yourself. You're reacting to changes in your hormones. No biggie.

Would love to be updating this more than I have been but there's still not much to report on.

Just over 7 weeks in with zero sides. I have gained strength and weight but nothing that couldn't have been done naturally in my opinion.

Starting to get a bit paranoid that the gear is bunk or very underdosed. One thing I have noticed from the very start is that every time I draw the test from ampoule in to syringe, it fills the syringe to slightly over 0.8 ml (there's supposed to be 1 ml in each ampoule). This would mean that I'm actually on 400mg test per week and not 500mg like I've said in the title of this thread. Also, since my gear isn't pharma grade, it probably works out to be even less than 400mg per week...

ANYWAY, Just sent off bloods today... Should get the results back in a few days, so will be sure to update on that as soon as I find out what's going on! :)

If I'm not mistaken, the 1ml measurement is from the first dash to the 1ml line, maybe your .2 that's missing is in the needle and upper part of syringe. I always measure 1ml by the 2 to 3ml Mark when pulling out.

BLOODWORK RESULTS BACK!

I got these done by a private health check clinic here in the UK (medichecks). They send you back a written overview of your results that you can view when signed in on their website. You can also click in further to all the different things they tested to view how your levels came back etc.

I'll just go over the main points and things that were a bit off etc. Would love to here some feedback or any comments you guys have on these! :)

- Haemoglobin and HTC at the very high end of normal range.

- CK levels were super high (this is to do with liver function). Apparently the causes for this can be a high level of muscle mass, engaging in heavy lifting activity or eating a protein rich meal before the test (which I probably did). So not too worried about this one.

- LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol) was slightly out of range at 3.1 mmol/L. Normal range for this is 0.0 - 3.0. Going forward I'm going to try lower this by cleaning up my diet, because I have been eating way more junk food than I should be if I'm being completely honest.

- The one I've been waiting for! Testosterone levels came back as 91.4 mmol/L. Normal range is 7.6 - 31.4 which means I'm 3 times the healthy normal.

Does anyone know if this seems normal for someone on 400-500mg test per week?

I know I've been complaining a lot about not feeling as if I'm "on cycle" but I guess the results show that my gear is legit. Maybe I've just had unrealistic expectations about what it feels like being on test from reading other people's logs.

Anyway, would love to hear anyone's thoughts/comments!

Over here we measure TT by nanograms per deciliter. Im unfamiliar with that range of TT.
What exactly is your HCT? Or just give me hemoglobin i can convert it...
HCt is the really important figure and WHY time OFF should equal time ON

Sorry I actually meant nmol, not mmol. Just used a conversion tool so my test levels work out as 2634 ng/dL.

HTC is 0.507 L/L. Apparently normal range is 0.37 - 0.50.

Converts to 2634 ng/dL... That is not a terrible number for your dosage, but not the highest ranges I have seen either... any number of reasons for that.

Is it normal that I don't really feel any different to before I started my cycle on this dosage? I mean, do I need to get my test levels significantly higher to really see/feel differences?

Hmm it could be like I said in a previous post, that my amps usually come out at about 0.8-0.9 ml in my syringe instead of 1 ml like they should be. Might switch to bottle next time instead of amps so I can measure out my own dosages.

You might have been expecting too much. Although you should be stronger and have more endurance in the gym for sure. How much weight have you put on?

What week are you on? Even if you were only getting 400mg per week you should still feel a difference. That is plenty to make some great progress from where you started.
