I don't have a suggestion, just in general digital zoom tends to be poor. It may by all means be a great choice. But you should find a forum or something and ask before buying one.
You can also get a regular microscope and a camera that attaches to the eye piece. That's what I use when I'm working on very small electronics. But I just use a stereoscope with rather small magnification.
Dude I suggest you save your money, how will you know that your slide is sterile, are you setting up in a laminar flow hood? I try to find bacteria in samples for at least 5 hours a week and believe me it is a daunting task. I hate every minute of it.
