MESO-Rx Exclusive The Science of Trenbolone - Second Edition

Can you comment briefly on why I hear so much about primo making peoples physique look different than any other compound available. Apparently it makes muscles pop and look full in a different way than say nandrolones do.

Honestly, I think this is a lot of "whisper game" being played on message boards. Primobolan tends to be a compound that is somewhat mild in the sense that it won't change the look of your physique overnight, but can really just give it a "healthy" look over time.

What tends to draw me to the compound is that it can be a wonderful addition in a stack design for an estrogenic person. It doesn't need to be run in super high doses (that would also be incredibly expensive) however using it alongside a compound such as testosterone can really produce nice results while simultaneously causing a nice quality of life for the individual.

Due to cost, I don't get a lot of experience working with folks on primobolan, but when I do it can be a lot of fun!

I only do long esters for the most part so we’re talking tren e and test e here. I can do bloods at wk6-8 on Tren e solo, do a 5wk washout period to be on the safe side, then 6-8wks of test e. Do you want the washout period to be void of all compounds or do you want the test to begin during this period? Assuming you want nothing to be ran.

Yes, if you can handle how poorly you are feeling (my assumption) going completely off of hormones would be ideal. Otherwise, you can bridge the transition by going immediately to TestE...just give yourself an extra 4-5 weeks before getting another round of tests.

And which panels would you like to see? CBC, metabolic, thyroid, LC/MS estradiol, lipids?

Yes, if you can obtain all these, it would be awesome! I'd also be interested in CRP and PSA to investigate inflammation if not included with those panels you mentioned.

Bonus points for HbA1c so we can see if there are differences in insulin sensitivity between the two.

Thanks for your replies CR. I appreciatre your time sir.

Which is so odd to me because I smell horrid on tren. My sweat even makes me nauseous! Maybe you're right though. Some chicks probably pick up on that. Tren is truly unique imo.

It doent make me stink or sweat more. I get slight insomnia and my cardio goes to shit though.

We're seeing reasonably priced primo from UGLs lately, that are testing well from user submitted samples.... That's a relief... I'd like to see more people transition to primo from tren... Anavar + primo really is an amazing combo, too.

It’s gonna be a little while before I’m ordering more Tren but I won’t forget about this. I’ll pull the panels that I can. I cruise at 100-125mg a week, do you want baseline labs pulled on the cruise dose or off everything?

I drew some assumptions on tren based off of a few things nice to see mentioned and somewhat confirmed in your part 2.
Noticed I could eat hardly anything and not lose weight. First time was with other compounds.
Second time was lighter with just test and tren.
Reading about it's purpose in cattle being used to maintain their weight despite stresses leading up to slaughter and transport etc.
I felt like it made you more calorie efficient. looking forward to the next part hoping you get a bit into lypolisis.

Looking forard to part 3 Especially the e2 relationship with tren. I run high test with tren for this very reason, additional e2. Your article from 4 years ago covered this a little but was very informative to all the BB communities. Great stuff.

Very cool article, I learned a lot! Probably the most interesting tidbit of information I have gleaned from the first half of the article is below.... super informative stuff chest. Keep up the good work brother!
"however the nuclei present in muscle fibers are unable to divide, so the nuclei must come from outside the fiber [24]. The source of the nuclei needed to support fiber hypertrophy happen to be a group of mononucleated myogenic cells (satellite cells) located between the basal lamina and the plasma membrane (sarcolemma) of muscle fibers.....

when a hypertrophy activation event occurs (e.g. exercise or muscle damage) it leads to satellite cell proliferation. This satellite cell proliferation causes them to fuse with existing muscle fibers, providing new nuclei for hypertrophy and repair,"

Yeah, and do keep in mind that this is an extremely watered down version of the mechanisms behind hypertrophy. I wanted it to be approachable by those new to the topic as well as not increase the overall "bloat" of this article... :)
