Training Forums?

Besides this and certain other's of course...
In response to the Anabolic Mind's forum, they are very close-minded, hiding behind that clown Bobo. Half the time he sounds like he wears a lab coat to the gym. :D
But, that's not even close to the worst site. I posted at xtrememass.com for less than a day because alot of what they were forcing on people was bullshit! One "personal trainer" tried to tell everyone not to get CEE because it's just a longer name for dicreatine malate! On another thread, I argued that doing the Bill Starr's 5x5 three times a week was the best I've tried and they fired back with one muscle a day is optimal and squatting 3 times a week is OVERTRAINING. Here's the link so you guys can see just how bad certain boards have gotten:

They all (in unison) said that Bill Starr's program is ONLY for olympic powerlifter's or someone with superb genetics! :D

I figured this was the right place to post because it has to do with the training bullshit people agree with and burn you at the stake for trying to help with something away from the "wisdom" they usually preach (like Wieder principles)

It is said that they always kill the messenger with a new version of the truth...Yes, the world is round.

I don't understand that kind of people. There isn't a guaranteed recipe to bodybuilding. Everyone must figure out it's out routine and listen to their own body. This is a sport where listening to your body is very important. And another thing: eat right.
Today, people want results right away without working hard. That's impossible.

People have been brainwashed by the muscle mags for the past 40 years, and most people get their "information" from those same mags. Their reasoning capacity is limited since every article they read says "Day 1: chest, day 2: legs, day 3......" There is almost zero useful information is the magazines. When people have only been exposed to essentially one form of training, they think that is the best/only way to train.

I love the Meso training forum because there is a variety of opinions and viewpoints. Ive said it before and I will continue to say it....the sticky threads in our training forum contain more real, useful and productive information than all of the muscle mags printed since the beginning of time. There is an absolute wealth of information in 5 or 6 stickies here. The "Tribute to JohnSmith" sticky is packed full of real-world information that will work with normal people (the genetic average) as well as elite athletes (the same cannot be said for the programs of Poliquin).
