I also don't see anything for prolactin, B6 at 400-600mg is a very easy solution.

With your current base you will come out looking VERY good.

Meh forgot about the tren prolactin thing, thank you for reminding me, I didn't knew b6 helps with it, would you still order some caber as a precaution?

Also what kind of caloric intake would you look for? Considering I'm currently at 14.5 kcal/lb and I'm veeery slowly loosing weight.

I have personally never needed caber, B6 always did the job for me.

If you are very slowly losing weight than I would add 300-500 calories to feed the tren and make up the deficit with cardio.

You want nutrients and calories in your system to maximize nutrient partitioning IME. I have attempted severe cuts eating far below maintenance and I prefer having more calories now.

Ok kids here we go, first pin today here's some updated stats and pics.

Blood pressure 108/60
Weight 85.5 kg (188 lbs)
BF my bioimpedance scale says 15.9% but I'm not sure it's accurate.

Since I first opened this thread I also came clean about peds use with my GF and managed to get her support, so I'm much less stressed now.

First pin went smoothly, gave me a little bit of pip (normal for me after not pinning for a while) but it's mostly gone after 24h.

I also forgot to add that after some further research I've finally also decided to run some GH, I've been doing 3iu/day for a month (1.5 am and pm), can't say it impacted immensely but it's definitely noticeable (better skin,sleep and easier fat loss), it'll be interesting to see how it stacks with AAS though.

I'm also considering to add some (20-30mg) DBOL for the first 2 weeks to kick-start the progressione but I'm not sure running tren and dbol toghteher is wise as far as health goes, especially considering that I would also like to add some MAST P or VAR for the last 3-4 weeks of this cycle to really get the most out of it, but I also don't want to go crazy with the total AAS dose.
So if you guys care to chime in in this topic any advice is welcome.
 
Sup guys, 3rd pin in, nothing special to report except maybe the skin on my shoulders feeling a little "tight" especially after working out.

Appetite so far seems unaffected, but I couldn't really tell as I'm naturally voracious and always hungry. A couple days ago I went to the all you can eat sushi and brought a little scale (don't judge me lol), it turns out I ate more than 500 grams of raw salmon ONLY from salmon sashimi then there were other fishes sashimis, nigiri, makis, rolls, gyozas and bunch of other stuff, the bad part is I wasn't even that full lol.

Peripheral neuropathy from GH however is getting really bad, my hands this morning literally feel like they're immersed into boiling water and it's painful, is there something that can help with this shit?
 
Little update, scale weight is up 3kg, probably from eating more or maybe I'm holding a little bit of water I dunno. Strength is starting to increase, I began increasing weight on leg days and the other workouts definitely feel lighter so I'll add weight to those too.

As far as sides go I can't complain for now, I definetly get worse sides from 500mg of test, however I know it takes a few weeks for tren sides to show up In full force, but all I've got atm is an upset stomach (soft shits) and maybe a little decrease in sleep quality.
Blood pressure this morning was 113/62 with a rhr of 66, it usually sits around 44-48 so I'm up 20 bpm but that's normal for me when I'm on cycle.
What's driving me insane is the gh hands numbness when I wake up that shit is terrible.

As I previously stated I'd like to add a couple weeks of dbol as I'm really curious to try it, my bro-theory is that it could give me some more "wet" gains that the tren will consolidate during the rest of the cycle, my issue is that the only lab I can for bloods only does non sensitive E2 tests, knowing dbol can be a bitch for estrogen I'm afraid not to be able to dial it in.
Currently I'm taking no AI and I'm doing fine however I admit not being able to get a precise E2 reading is very uncomfortable.
 
Little update, this night numbness was unbelievable and I think I got up to piss at least 5 times, so I started worrying about my BG level, I got up for work at 5 am and measured it and it was 85. Even though my BG reading was comforting I'm gonna try to change my GH protocol and inject a single 3iu dose before working out as I've red in This post, since I only get the numbness at night I hope taking the GH far from bedtime can help, furthermore this kind of protocol seems to be better for fat loss.

Despite this numbness problem and a little bit of heartburn (I need to take some glutamine, that shit works) I feel better than I usually do on test, I think that's due to estrogen management, I usually go pretty heavy on AI to keep my E2 numbers low when running test, as I tend to aromatize a lot, however I don't get symptoms even when in the 200 range, dunno what to think maybe as an individual I just work better with high-ish estrogen.

Still thinking about adding a couple weeks of dbol starting next week, any insight is welcome.

Ended up cutting down the GH dose to 2IU as the numbness is ruining my sleep which will end up overpowering the benefits I get from GH, I hope my hands will feel better soon.

Squats are up 40lbs and going up 5 lbs with every legs workout.
A couple people also commented on my look and asked me if "restarted training hard again" lol.
