I did squats yesterday and my legs are sore.
First time in a long time, for those.

I just had to start eating more, so that's
what I am doing...
I should be up to 190 in no time

To the untrained eye, some may think the kid is very fat. Luckily, we know better. It takes a while to be able to spot true muscle mass just like that, me and you can clearly see it. WITHOUT even poking the kid!!

I do very light weights on my compound leg exercises. Hurt my back so I usually do one legged presses. I don't do one legged squats, I don't have the balance for it, saw this one guy that was doing them on the side of his feet. Like imagine that you are putting the soles of your feet together, standing on the outside edge of the foot. He was doing squats like that. Maybe to strengthen something or stretch, looked funny. Didn't look like it is for muscle building.


UPDATE: Weighted like 195 today, been up and down in my weight. Am expecting to be 196 by next sunday, should be good. Weight fluctuates a lot..

Did my legs today, well thighs(leg extension, leg press, leg curl, squats) I was going to do some lunges too but was tired! I am going to the gym tomorrow in the AM and in the PM. Hit calves hard then Back later on.

I will take some pictures of my legs, it's just they are very hairy you can't see much. Which leads to the question, should I shave them? Maybe just trim them with a buzzer.. Anyway we will see how this will unfold.

Sciroxx's (from Steroidsfax) Masteron is great! Kicked in fast and hard at 350mg/week. The Tren Ace is 100mg/ml, very very pleased. It isn't the strongest I have tried but accurately dosed I know that for sure because I used to brew finaplix using the crystal method. Joints feel good, assuming the deca is doing its job. Honestly have never been a big fan of Nandrolone for it's anabolic effects, maybe I have used too much tren...

So, you say that Mast is GTG? I may have to look into that.

My old source has Mast Enan now, for $45 a 10ml bottle.. 100mg/ml
Tren E was always 200mg/ml for $45...
I gotta look at that again.

I've been doing explosive reps past 2 days and loving them.

Yes, their Masteron is really good. I know Pericles would love it because he hoots a lot for Roxi's Masteron. I saw that AMG had some really cheap Mast too, kinda makes me weary when somebody sells a compound really cheap when the powder costs around the same as tren. You should try it and let me know, what mast were you using before? Some cutmix right?

I do some abs, high reps, I don't want them to get too big. My lower abs could grow a lot but not the upper ones. How do you grow the lower ones a lot?:( I tried putting dumbbells on my feet and doing leg raises.. I don't think it helped much though.

I am living with my Aunt, in her basement... All furnished for
my younger cousin, but he stays upstairs on second floor,
so this is good to go for me...
My younger 17yr old cousin is 6'3" 265LBS .. Yeah, I know
just a little guy :p

I will do hanging leg raises from the squat rack him and
my uncle had down here, when they used to workout here.
I even saw a pair of those things that clip on the top of the rack
to place triceps in so I can do hanging leg raises...
I do explosive reps for everything now...

For the other Ab exercise I will grab a plate or
dumbbell on my chest and use the bench in the
bottom position... It has the place to lock my legs in
so I don't slide down the bench...

I love the Perfect Pushup swivel pieces they have..
I am not one for cheap plastic workout equipment
but these are solid pieces... Great thick grips and
the swivel is so nice for when I do explosive reps..

My Cut mix was from private guy who I only give out
to Vets and one friend from Jersey... He was given to me
from a Vet here, and I am sure he would take you as customer...
I might go back with M** when I am ready again...

That's because contrary to popular gym lore, leg raises target your Iliopsoas muscle. Not your abdominals, unless you raise your hips also. I do love to see some guys tearing up their iliopsoas' in the gym though.

Try Dumbbell Push Sit-up and increase the weight just like any other exercise to work lower abdominals. Key is to keep the weight above you.

You mean Hip Flexors?

With enough intensity, the same exercises that work the
upper abs, will work the lower abs... Just like upper and lower chest.
Incline, flat, decline...
I am doing hanging leg raises cause I can get a more
explosive rep than I can with regular crunches ...

You know what else builds abs or at least gets them rock hard..
Trenbolone .. :D ... No really.. One arm pushups or pushups
with someone on your back...

I never did any other ab work besides these, and my
abs were looking very nice... Rock solid, too

Never tried those Perfect push-up things, I do think they sound pretty cool. I don't like push-ups too much. Not a fan of chest exercises in general, I still do them you know. But it's not like "yeah it's chest day wohoo" I like dumbbell bench press and cable crosses. When I first started out I loved decline bench presses. It was my favorite. I like doing legs now, shoulders is fun and so is back! I hate calves because they don't grow although I murder them. Still have to go to the gym tonight.

I like those gainers, but I try to stay away from powders. I haven't started my GHRP-6 yet but the B12 helps my appetite. All those hunger stims work for a small period of time, in my experience.

I liked powertrip(power pharma) but this one I am using now is right up there as well. There are some which I am not too fond of, and some that are just okay. Nothing special you know.

I don't know Sir Joe(I knighted you), I think it targets the abdominal as well. Because I squeeze it really hard you know, like contract the muscle like a python. AND the little picture next to the machine says it targets abs. I mean, those pictures can't be wrong. When I was younger I used to do like the laying down leg raises, I didn't like them too much neither. I should work my obliques more, or like serratus. That would be sick, I don't want a big gut. I take pride in a small waist. Well, relatively small, I was just thinking about the anorexic people when I wrote small. So relatively to other men whom are my size/weight. I don't want to offend anybody.

I like Milk too, I drink a lot. In Sweden growing up, we drink milk with dinner. Or beer, not me, I don't really drink beer. Unless I am drunk.

I have a tub of peanuts in my car, just in case. I don't eat them, but if I need to I will. I also have glucose tabs in my car, in case I go hypo. That happened the other night, I was just sitting watching a movie and then bang hypo! Started shaking and sweating really bad, 3 glucose tabs later and a large meal I was good. On cycle I go hypo pretty often, I don't go hypo when I take insulin. My blood suger drops very easily, I like the green apple tabs. Green apple is good, tart and sour yet sweet. Dances on your tongue..

Pistachios are very good as well, I am sick of peanuts. I eat enough of peanuts but pistachios are the bombdizzle.

Tren is good for you, my doc says a ml per day keeps the doctor away. I get headaches though when I take too much, I need to go check my hematocrit too. DAMN RED CROSS gives me reminder calls every night. Seriously I am going to San Diego blood bank only for the reason that red cross are so annoying with the reminder calls.

Genetically my lower abs look like shit, I worked them a lot before so they got bulgy, now I only want my lower abs to bulge. Bulges are good sometimes, sometimes not so good.
 
used to go hypo much easier myself. Problem was i was doing too little fats. Once I included more things like whole milk, butter, whole eggs, it wasnt so bad anymore
 
I always drink whole milk, not really butter and whole eggs though. I usually eat pretty clean, I do think something is missing from my diet. Or the AAS just consume all the macros too quickly. Maybe start adding some avocados, I feel like I get enough dairy already. Seriously go through at least half a gallon/day.

Killed it in the gym today, did calves. Going to take some more pics this weekend, probably same pose as I did last week for a better comparison.

The usual libido, strength, size, honestly although I am running deca/test the Mast helps to keep down my bloat but seems to help joints still. We will see how the pics look! Going to take them tomorrow, it has gone 6 days only then but oh well.
 
Need to borrow my brother's camera to take some pictures. I have an old phone so the camera sucks.

I have heard a couple people running 1400mg/week Tren E. That's just a waste in my opinion, I don't think your body can use all that, 500mg tren/week is nice I think that is the max you need, anymore and your mind becomes "race mode" too often.

Ya, thats crazy. I have been getting excellent results from a touch less than 300 mg tren e a week stacked w/ 550-600 test e and some var. Always hungry and I just noticed my abs are getting pretty cut up. I think we discussed this earlier, but I went from test/Mast/Var to test/tren/var w/ excellent results. I remember you had a different game plan.

I am dropping down the test a bit, then phasing out the tren. 3 weeks will be back on trt.

Non-sense. If u can get the Var and Mast there is no need to go +300mg. I get ur point + Tren will yield the same results but some people are affected by the side's more than others,
me 1g with the others, Im just fucked all @
