Tren/Test/Mast/Nandro

I run Tren higher, cause I usually use it alone..

Silly man, test and var are very sensible.:D Dropping down the test this week to 350, and tren to 240 or so. Will keep that for a week or so, then move down to 200 mg test w/ some HCG and Letro.

Woke up is a pool of sweat again this morning. Abs are getting shredded, and some striations in my tri's.

Will stay at trt for a while, maybe 7-8 weeks. Will do a little deca and test (a blend coming from my source) and then go back to this cycle. Test/var/Mast, then switch the Mast to tren e. This approach has worked wonders for me. I was told by Dan Duchain, that the most succesful athletes find what works for them and stick with it. Others are constantly changing things and usually are not as succesful.
 
I will update with pictures this weekend. Been way too busy of a week to have time to take pictures, hard enough to get my work outs in there.

Am really feeling the awesome pump now, cycle is in full swing. Endless amounts of energy in the gym. Actually getting nightsweats now, pretty rare for me to get that. The testosterone has been really strong.

It's nice with the hexadex(sustanon 450) because I don't have to inject that often because of the long esters. Already pinning 1 time/day rotating shoulders, biceps, triceps, quads, glutes. Think I am going to give my glutes and quads a rest now and move to calves and lats along with the aforementioned. I like B12 a lot, I feel it gives you a general sense of wellbeing as well as helping with hunger. Hunger isn't usually a problem as long as you work out hard so the body NEEDS the nutrients. I wish I could gain some fat though.

Abs are looking good. Going to update with pictures this weekend!!!!! Promise :)

Love the veins I got going on my back and traps now too at the gym. Masteron is really nice for the dry look(which I love) I feel that it is slightly weaker than testosterone anabolically though and I would have to increase the dose to get more bang from it. It's expensive though and trenbolone does most of the grit and grim building anyway.

Temper is fine, usually I am a pretty calm guy no matter how much AAS I am running.

Managing bloat with letro, not having to use that much so far. About 3mg/week, which is low for my personal needs.
 
I wish that I could gain fat because gaining fat means that you are at a surplus of calories. Now, for everybody that isn't a good thing. But I eat very clean and if I were to gain fat that would indicate that I am building muscle to the full potential and the excess macros are being stored as fat.

What question do you have about masteron?

I burned a lot of fat from Mast, and zero sides. Went from 235 (and 25 lbs overweight) to 218 and lean. Lifts went up, but only 5-7% or so. Oh, and was running 350 test a week and 50 var on days I lifted. I trained like an animal in the gym, and kept my 3 weekly Kickboxing workouts (am dying trying to catch my breath....at end I literally collapse on the floor and cannot move for a few minutes. Damn tren.

My other 3 cardio days are on a versa climber.

Gotta disagree w/ the claim that you have to gain fat to gain muscle. Been running tren for a bit over 2 weeks, and getting leaner and stronger every day. Diet is fairly clean, although I eat ice cream after training and still abs are becoming more and more defined. Getting some vascularity every where, including my abs.

Lifts are way up, 5-6 percent in 2 weeks (on top of the gains from Mast stack...so I am more than 10% stronger. Was using 300 tren stacked w/ 350-400 test for first week, went down on tren to 250 this week. No sides (night sweats) except seriously struggling to finish cardio work out.

I told myself that I would just do 400 mgs of test this week, then 300, then 200. Will run HCG and no other gear for 3-4 weeks. However I just put 70 mgs of tren E w/ my 120 mgs of test E, e3d. Oops.

Been super busy but the training is going well. My main focus is working on my biceps/triceps and calves. Legs are alright, starting to feel weird though in my hamstring, I pulled it a while back. Not going for the super bulky look at the moment, want better symmetry before going bigger on my back, chest, shoulders.

walking around on my toes.. balls of my feet alot.

Maybe I'll give that a try MW as my calves are always lagging. I guess walking like a ballerina would be slightly less gay than asking guys to sit on each others lap and then on my back so I can do donkey calf raises

I want to get more symmetrical before getting bigger at this point. My legs are so tight I honestly don't think they can grow. I have to struggle to get my foot up to my hand while standing upright. Then when it locks my knee is towards the side not straight down. I need to do a lot of stretching, I think it is impairing my growth. I am seeing improvement in my calves and legs so far I am very happy. It takes time working on the weak body parts imo.

You know those "toe shoes" the shoes that aren't really shoes but look like gloves for your feet. I heard they are good for your calves while doing legs. Can anybody confirm this or comment on these "feet gloves" that are like 100 bucks.
 
I remember watching a Seinfeld episode where Kramer bought some platform shoes... Don't know how much they helped his calves, but it did get him invited to a nice banquet. :eek:
