Is that for sleep? I use melatonin but sometimes wake up and see spiders from it lol. I'm weak when it comes to drugs lol

If that doesn't work sometimes I used this stuff called somatomax. I buy it from the supplement store by my house but you can get it online. Just don't take a full scoop. First time I took it I stood up out of bed and feel over. Couldn't drive half the day. I usually take a forth to a third of a scoop when I take it now.

You should really research your source of melatonin. Some brands do not contain nearly as much as as Advertised.
I like the Natures Best from Wal-Greens. Cut the 5mg tablet in half with scissors.

Had a good friend order through TSL. Followed all instructions. Communication was solid. No issues. Received all products, no floaters and all looks well.
