I have more years of natural training in than most guys on this forum have years on earth. But as I trained and competed across the country I picked up a lot of knowledge about this side of the game even though I wasn't directly involved at the time.

Not saying that yours and my way of making gains is the correct way or the only way but both of our results have been pretty solid imo.
