Weight Loss Cutting/Cycle

I am pleased to report that after 9 weeks of cutting I have lost 54lbs. I am 5’9, starting weight 275 lbs. Current weight 220.6 lbs.

I train every day. Back/Bi, Chest/tri, Shoulders, Legs. Wake-up do 45-1.5 hrs cardio and lift—- fasted. First meal around noon.

Diet is 80-10-10. Protien, carbs, fat. Around 1200 calories a day.

Cycle,

2iu HGH, am and pm. (Omnitrope “pharma”)
200mg test C a week. Sat and Wed.
Enclomiphene 25 mg, 4 times a week.
200mg Primo E, a week. Sat and Wed.
Trizepitide

I weigh myself every day.
I have done countless cycles and am very experienced. Was a bodybuilder a long time ago.

I have not really lost too much muscle. Actually kept a lot more than I expected. I am right around 15% body fat.

I am thinking about switching up my compounds for the last 6 weeks of this cut. Goal is to get below 200lbs and be fairly defined.

I am tempted to switch to a Prop-Mast-TrenA stack along with 4iu HGH for last 6 weeks. I would pin every day and keep it to 150mgs a week for each compound.

Or should I move up 50 mg on the Primo and Test. And pin every other day. Keeping 4iu HGH and Enclomiphene as is.

I have anastrozol on hand. Thank you for your help and thoughts.

Holy shit, it must have been really hard to only eat 1200. If I eat less than 1200 before work, I get the shakes and get sick, but my job is very demanding.

I work in an office. That said, and I mean this, Trizepitide is an amazing drug. I never get Hypo at all. Back in the day when I was getting ready for a show I would get Hypo if I over did it with the cardio. With Tirz. I don’t.

Maybe increase your daily protein and bump up your carbs, especially on leg or back day.

Start inserting some rest days so your workouts can be more intense.

Then consider modifying your gear use as you suggest.

Just my two cents.

Frankly, I would take three days off, bump up my calories a little, and come back with leg day as first day with a few more pounds on each exercise and go at it.

Frankly, I would take three days off, bump up my calories a little, and come back with leg day as first day with a few more pounds on each exercise and go at it.
I will definitely increase my calories and have more rest days. Especially as my BF gets closer to 9% which is my goal.

I can’t tell you why this is working or honestly how. It goes against everything I have ever taught or done as an athlete, coach or personal trainer.

How much tirz do you take and how often do you inject ?

Interested in what others will chime in about re tren. Haven’t done it myself. Am terrified of 19nor appetite stimulant effects after trying NPP before

Primo is spot on for nutrient partitioning so maybe higher dose can help ?

What about adding mast , without tren ? A little bit of dopamine boost for increased mind muscle connection plus additional appetite suppression.

That trizepitide is strong to keep your appetite at bay.

I may roll the mast in rather than the Tren. Most likely a much better option.

I started at around 1800 calories, then rolled it down to 1200 to see what would happen. I have seen other bodybuilders do it getting ready for a show if they got behind and needed to cut hard. It's not always the best at retaining muscle at 1200 cals but it seems to be really good at cutting a lot of weight. I am looking forward to rolling in carbs and doing a bulk but I never want to be above 10-12% bf again. The best gains I ever made was right after a contest prep.

Tirz is an appetite eraser!
 
Todays workout. All Fasted.
90 mins MTB
Quads and Hamstrings

5 sets of plate loaded front squat machine. 4-4-8-12-14 plates. Last two sets to failure.

3 sets leg extensions. Last two to failure.

Hamstring Curls. 2 sets to failure.

Two sets crunches to failure.

First meal at 1:30pm.

Hey brother, been cutting for a while before I hop on; lost around 35ish lbs but the fucking appetite is killing me right now theres been days occurring more often when I end up cheating the day away and also want to be as lean as I could be before I do hop on, where did you get the Tri from and is it okay to just take it as is?

Any recommended doses?

Hey buddy. I hear you and I understand. For the Tirz the dosing stars low and ramps up over a couple months. Just do the recommended dosage from Monjarno website. Also what helps a lot for appetite is cardio. Do 20 mins in the am and 20 mins in the pm. It helps a lot with appetite while you wait for the Tirz.

Sir, you do not need to run tren ace. You just need to keep plugging away at fat loss. You don’t need to run the most harsh AAS compound out there to just get un fat (no disrespect)
No offense taken. Yeah am going to hold off on Tren until I am below 10% BF and have abs. Should be about 25 pounds more to loose. Then I am going to add back in calories and lean bulk. I let my self go when we had kids. It’s me time. Never going to get fat again.

I pushed my test c up to 280mg and Primo to 280 and I am pinning every day. Has been great, just the boost I needed.

Will post another pick in a week.
