Really curious on the reason for no eggs? I'm not sure I could ever possibly do that much like @Eman said. I would habe to say for the last 4 years, I've probably had a minimum of 6 eggs every morning 98% of the time.

I'd like to find a middle ground with PL and volume workouts, so to some degree yes. I really need to get my stretching game down before I migrate back to the dark side. I kept getting tendon injuries so I was gaining strength too quickly or form was miserable or both I guess...Are ever going back to powerlifting?

Good to see you back in action. I just recently started picking it back up at the gym as well. I'm going in the mornings before work, up at 3 home by 430, not to bad. Going to a gym out of town, I like it.Legs tonight. Again, volume is an onslaught. Hips down are crushed, nothing left in the tank. I got great sets in, especially squats and presses. Quality shit.
