Really curious on the reason for no eggs? I'm not sure I could ever possibly do that much like @Eman said. I would habe to say for the last 4 years, I've probably had a minimum of 6 eggs every morning 98% of the time.

Glad things are on the up and up. Know what you were going through and that shit is always rough. Are you all moved in to the new digs?

Yesterday was day 1 back in the gym after a month lay off. So we're both on the same page here brother.

I don't think it was a no eggs policy, more of something that just wasn't in the nutrition plan.

Life's turning a corner bro. The neighborhood literally blew up so I'd say that's rock bottom! Only direction to go is up.

We are all moved in, dogs and wife are homesick. I'm in rehab mode like you read about. Gutted a bathroom and replaced some rotting sill plate last weekend, downstairs window had a leak. Fun stuff lol.
 
Really good leg session today. Blew the fuck up and now I can't walk up or down stairs, my drive way Etc. :D

I have some liquid dbol and every time I take it all I can think is a sticker is on the back of my throat, nasty feeling. Tastes like shit, too! It's real, effective and cheeeeaap so I love it. :cool:
 
Did a NIPR conference room at Hanscom yesterday for the AWACS guys. Wild shit, those planes look freaky as fuck. Not workout related but noteworthy.

you and me both, not a fan of life when it's not a standard everyday type of thing. Got really chaotic. I'm with you in spirit regarding the house, that's all I do now. Work, house, sleep, gym and meal prep. Get at it man, feels good getting a house in order.

Crushed a back workout last night, kinda like how the red Sox crushed dem Yankees! I'm getting my ass handed to me nightly with these workouts but recovery is quick (except for legs, those guys are still sore). Finding it a little hard to stay humble with how much weight I use, I've dropped to a lower weight a few times now to help enforce form and contraction over pounds pulled or pushed.

I am loosing a little fat although that wasn't my intention, not that I'm complaining. Nutrition plan is still going strong but I did cheat Sunday night. I had a BLT and 2 slices of cheese pizza, so yeah. There is that lol. Its been 2 weeks solid so I feel ok about it

Saw a girl at my gym last night, I'm calling her the terminator. She's all juiced up. Been a while since I've see a girl that was so anabolic. Taking bets on her clit size.....
 
Legs tonight. Again, volume is an onslaught. Hips down are crushed, nothing left in the tank. I got great sets in, especially squats and presses. Quality shit.

Feeling good, well fed but somehow always hungry not too long after I eat. No injuries. Hips are still tight but I have been working on that at night before bed. Like 20 minutes of prehab on the legs every other day, typically

Starting to feel a little anabolic. I know it's a goofy thing to say but it's how I feel. Muscles are essentially becoming rocks, so that's a win lol.

Work on my house has slowed down because of the gym picking up but it's worth it. I needed to be back in action.

Good to see you back in action. I just recently started picking it back up at the gym as well. I'm going in the mornings before work, up at 3 home by 430, not to bad. Going to a gym out of town, I like it.

Week 3 is winding down here and I've got to tell you guys, I feel like a pile of ground beef! My shoulders and calfs are the worst lol. Sufficiently beaten by the iron :) recovery is quick but it's absolutely necessary.

I'm starting to see some muscle separation in my upper chest, which is kinda cool. My back and shoulders are getting pretty solid and my lord, my back pumps are insane after a good back workout. One of the coolest things I have going right now is I can visibly see my lats growing/extending lower than I've ever seen them. That's a win!

One more week and I'll post up some pics so you fucks can see my doughy ass try to transform into something more than dad bod :p
