Week 3 is winding down here and I've got to tell you guys, I feel like a pile of ground beef! My shoulders and calfs are the worst lol. Sufficiently beaten by the iron :) recovery is quick but it's absolutely necessary.

I'm starting to see some muscle separation in my upper chest, which is kinda cool. My back and shoulders are getting pretty solid and my lord, my back pumps are insane after a good back workout. One of the coolest things I have going right now is I can visibly see my lats growing/extending lower than I've ever seen them. That's a win!

One more week and I'll post up some pics so you fucks can see my doughy ass try to transform into something more than dad bod :p

I spent all day destroying bushes and shrubs that have been neglected past the point of no return. Ripped all of the roots out, back filled all the holes with soil. Ripped out countless yards of ridiculous plants that have been growing in random places.

Made a 6' across firepit for satanic rituals.

Smoked a couple fat ass joints.

Got a 25 year old hvac unit working so my house isn't cold.

Rolled 3 more joints.

Showered and was promptly raped by my wife. #metooplease

She wants to watch some Sox and Pats out at a local place that we've never tried. Her treat. Reviews said good seafood. Will let you guys know what's up...
 
Sounds like a better day than mine.My phone took a shit and had to hard reset it. Unfortunately lost all my log in info for my blockchain wallet. There is no resetting that password and my “recovery phrase” was on my crashed phone. Yes there was money in there. :(
 
Decent back day. I'm finding my biceps aren't being recruited as much as they used to; probably due to lowered weight and a more focused effort to use the correct muscles.

Overall feeling great, looking better. I'm getting thicker I think but my weight hasn't moved yet. well, not anything to write home about anyway. I'm only a tick over 250 but I look pretty solid. 3 weeks ago I was 245 and was kinda pouring out of my clothes lol.

Have stayed true to the nutrition plan for the most part. I have had one cheat meal per week so far. Have to admit that I may have a little extra bedtime snack once or twice though...

I opened an Amazon credit card at checkout one time because it gave me free shipping options or something, and I'm pretty sure it accrues "points" when used for Amazon purchases. I went to pay at checkout today and and my account showed points that could be used as cash at checkout, so I used the points as cash. Was pretty psyched because money is tight right now.

Chest day. Fucking torturous push day. Shoulders are feeling it. My titties are feeling it. My obliques cramp on both sides if I flex anything north of my belly button lol. Love it.

My grip strength is coming back with authority, as well as my general strength. I'm not anywhere near max weight when under load but I know where I'm at overall. Getting there : )

Fucking volume, holy smokes....
 
I missed a workout last night. I was at work at 6am (customers site) and didn't get a chance to breath until 7pm. Long day of programming for a family entertainment facility. My first missed workout since this began. I'm going to do yesterday's work out today, and kind of back fill the rest of the week accordingly. Can't lie, the Red Sox had a part in the missed workout...

I'm pretty friggin pleased with Atlas thus far. I'm not gaining tons of weight like my previous cycles but my workouts are aggressive and my nutrition is still on point. On a nutrition level, I think I'm noticing something I've never really noticed before. When I eat carbs I swear I can feel my body use them, almost like I get a small pump when I eat carbs. Not sure if that's normal? Lol, it's kinda cool though!

Looking and feeling great all around, for the most part. My left hip feels smoked though, fact of life for me I guess. It's just so tight all the time, even with stretching. It's my TFL and oh boy does it hate me lol.
