Week 3 is winding down here and I've got to tell you guys, I feel like a pile of ground beef! My shoulders and calfs are the worst lol. Sufficiently beaten by the iron
recovery is quick but it's absolutely necessary.
I'm starting to see some muscle separation in my upper chest, which is kinda cool. My back and shoulders are getting pretty solid and my lord, my back pumps are insane after a good back workout. One of the coolest things I have going right now is I can visibly see my lats growing/extending lower than I've ever seen them. That's a win!
One more week and I'll post up some pics so you fucks can see my doughy ass try to transform into something more than dad bod
