The atlas thing is strange to me. I'm used to pounding down an immense amount of calories and watching the scale move north like crazy, hitting heavy weights and low volume. This time it's a slow and steady type of thing, despite eating almost nonstop everyday lol. I feel like I should be so much farther along with dem weight gains but when I stop and look at progress pics I am noticing definition and growth that looks pretty good. My back is starting to take a good shape, mid section is still a bit fluffy but it's solid, arms and shoulders have grown a fair amount too. Moral of the story is I'm not really giving a damn about the scale so much right now. I feel great, looking pretty good and have a great handle on nutrition. Admittedly I'm not the most communicative client but having a couple coaches looking at your progress and all that is motivation to do the right shit, consistently. It's a big help knowing that I have to check in and be accountable for my actions throughout the week. If you habe the extra cash it's not a bad ideaCongratulations on the house again! That is an awesome feeling Christmas in your own home. Sounds like things are going good with atlas, I'm thinking about trying them out next year. Good luck on the HVAC surgery, I'm working 6 days a week currently putting anywhere from 160-220 miles a day on my truck. Saving for a little 4 banger for commuting. Anyhow have a good weekend dude.
