That’s what I’m thinking. Last time I was 250 I was weak as fuk. And had zero size. Maybe actually get to 225-230. What are you trying to get up to?
 
I'd like to see what a solid 275 looks like on me. I still have a few years before I get there unless I dirty bulk, i think. After watching the scale over the past 6 weeks I doubt I'll get to a legit 260 this run. Eating way too clean, but I also don't anticipate looking that much mass after the cycle is over. It's all legit weight so far.
 
What do you on days like today when I’m off work and going to the gym early. I can eat my breakfast and maybe my pwo meal but in now way can I eat my breakfast plus 2 meals and then my pwo meal. Just eat breakfast then workout? Or breakfast and pwo meal then just eat the rest of the meals throughout the day. So basically what I’m saying is push all the meal to the other side of my workout?

I'd probably do juat that. Early morning calories as normal, maybe even a lighter pwo meal if the time frame after your first meal is kind of close to your pwo meal. Go hammer the weights like a college freshman pussy and get the rest of your day going as normal. What gets me is the pwo orals, regarding early morning workouts. I've taken dbol as I get up to piss in the early morning hours so when I get up to go workout it's ready to do it's thing. Nutrition is tricky when doing early a.m. gym stuff.
 
Good idea. Ill eat breakfast then shortly after I’ll cut the pwo in half because it sits pretty heavy in my stomach. Just got some var I’ll start tomorrow but still waiting on primo. I was suggested t-3 but I’m not sure I wanna mess with my thyroid.

I'm not sure about all the weight loss stuff yet. I've read about it all but really am a novice. Messing with a thyroid sounds like a rough deal but then again we are using needles stuffed with hormones.....

275 is the overall goal for me also. Really trying to get up to 260 by spring and summer. I may finally break 250 in the coming weeks. Added a sleeve of Oreos to my "nutrition" on days I lift.

I don't see ever being much over 220lbs. This last meet prep I was chugging orange juice, eating of ice cream almost every night and cereal along with almost a jar of peanut butter a day and couldn't even hit 220lbs. I guess it paid off since I won that meet by weight though.

Adding a box of Mac and cheese and a sleeve of Oreos a day on lfiting days currently to break through this plateau.
 
I am an eating and pooping machine. If I could get paid to eat and shit, I'd be rich!

Pull day today. Good outing. Got my left lat firing pretty good. Pretty solid all around. Worked up to 495 for 5 on rack pulls, just under the knee. I know that isn't shit but edging back up near 500 after the bicep is kind of a win, even if it's a rack pull session. I'm using straps and working the back without any thought into grip.

Veins for days!! Holy shit I have to get a picture of my forearm when pumped. It's unreal how it looks to me. Has to be the EQ. I'm not a stranger to having veins but it's different now. Freaky looking

I feel like every 2 weeks I'm turning a corner with training. In the beginning I was a little worried because the changes were unexpected, like the weight loss. Since then I've been getting a little better and bigger as the weeks have passed. I'm feeling like I'm about to hit another turn in training and I can't wait to see what changes it brings!
 
458 reps today. I finished my workout and started doing other shit. No heavy weights during the extras but all good reps. Did some db incline press and smith machine hex press action as extra.

Did he just say smith machine?!? WHAT!!!

So yeah, that hex press was legit. Really good squeeze to finish up the day, right across my entire chest. Good shit.

Had a hard time eating today. Not sure why but it was an all day affair. Not the norm for me.
