Ha ha I feel ya I work some times from 6 at night till 7 in the morning try to go to bed but my brain won't shut off. Then when I do get home early try to go to bed early same shit. Mind as well never sleep again lol
What pisses me off when you finally get a new cycle and you work so much you have no time for the gym!## so I have to do push ups at work.
I've done it before PI - as a framing carpenter I use to do pull-ups and dips on the rafters during lunch breaks - I was working 12-16 hour days and its all I had . Got stronger than hell that summer !
