What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

MSG is a game changer when trying to get down boring meals. for me, chicken and rice digests perfectly so it's my go-to food but even with hot sauce it can get boring. ever since i picked up some MSG i've been sprinkling a little on meals that are really a chore to eat and let me tell you it's a GAME CHANGER. when i say sprinkle i mean sprinkle just as you would use salt.

when i'm lazy, which is often, i make the breasts in the instant pot with chicken broth, onion, seasoning, and 1tsp MSG. i use 1tsp per 2lbs. comes out amazing for what it is.
MSG is not my choice, I generally like products with a minimum of spices, just at some point in time I learned how to cook deliciously from simple products. The simpler the product, the better my philosophy.

26lb of fish! Artic char(salmon cousin), halibut, seabass, petrale sole, swordfish and ahi!

All free thanks to working at an organic grocery company. When things have 3 days left for expiration they remove it from sale and give it to the employees.

I have been vacuum sealing it for my gainzz. Even giving my parents, gfs parents, family, whoever i can free fish
I am sure that it tastes quite tasty, does the vacuum allow them to be preserved in quality? And did you compare the taste of fresh and in a vacuum?

This is a chemical additive that enhances the taste, all the shit that makes it tasty is called monosodium glutamate. ;)
might be important to note that it is a naturally occurring chemical in food as well. high amounts of glutamate is found in tomatoes, cheese, and especially seaweed. monosodium glutamate is just the chemical in its pure crystal form. it's not more harmful for you than sugar or salt. everything in moderation.

You may be right, but I deliberately avoid it. I don’t eat sugar for a very long time, like any semi-finished products. I try to take products and cook from them.

My diet currently consists of 80% beef and rice, with varying cuts of beef depending on what's cheapest. Currently eating beef roasting joint, although next meal prep will be with lean steak.

I dice it all, heavily season, fry it all up in a pot, then add the rice and mix it all up together. I usually cook 2kg meat, 8 cups uncooked weight rice. Lasts me 3-4 days.

On top of that, I eat overnight protein oats made up of 300ml whole milk, 120g oats, 37g protein powder, and added zero cal choc syrup and sweetner.

Also drink at least another liter of whole milk a day, plus fruit here and there, mostly citrus.

Take 1 4000iu Vit D capsule and 2 high strength Omega 3 capsules a day. Cialis EOD.

I guess yes. I let it soak in a mixture of either lime or lemon juice, then add fresh garlic, minced garlic, garlic powder, pepper, montreal seasoning, italian seasoning, paprika, cayenne and cilantro. Tastes good enough to eat 2-3 times a day.
This is definitely a must try.

It's hard for me to eat beef, I eat 90% either chicken or fish and eat a lean steak once a week. More for fun when not exercising.
